Awesome! I'm loving all the snow climbing info lately
LOTS more to come
Wonderful video. Good content, videography and editing. Thanks!
Great climbing and boarding. The drone footage of the area was impressive. I saw that couloir in the summer, didn't look like an easy way up. Always enjoy your videos, thanks.
Your drone shots have been getting more epic.
I am planning on climbing this Wednesday, fantastic timing and video! Thank you so much!
Hey man! Love this and all of our videos. Do you know if this trailhead is plowed all year long? Why is there videos of people climbing the E Ridge and then coming down Cristo? A little confused. Thanks!
Super sick ! Love the winter / spring footage

Going to try the push for summit Xmas week hopefully the weather is good
You're really inspiring me to get back out and conquer my first winter hike ever this year which was a failure due to conditions at the top. Cant wait to get back out
Lets get it! Good luck and stay safe
Great Drone work!
Thanks Karl, appreciate it! Really digging the new drone.
Hey thanks for the awesome video. Do you know of any long steep snow climbs like this that are in the Collegiate Peaks? Really anything close to Colorado Springs.

Nice video! What day was this?
Did you get a new truck brother?
Can you do videos on how to time spring snow conditions and what tools to use? Trying to get into it, but don't fully know how to time the snow conditions
Like the idea - if you haven't already, check out both of these vids: czcams.com/video/JRFOFfNiLZ0/video.html & czcams.com/video/1Mb-_XMOwsU/video.html
In general, it sort of depends on the weather/aspect of the climb but earlier = better. The general rule of thumb is off the mountain by noon, regardless of the aspect but that can change to be earlier/later depending on the line.
Anyone have any info on doing this this June?
Should be okay but would hit this sooner vs later, the bottom and top will melt out in the next few weeks.
Is that a Tacoma?
Yes ?
Hey Sherpa, why don't you ever skin? Yeah most of this one was too steep. But still never see you skin in any vids
Great question - for this one - it made no sense to since the road was melted out and in general, I prefer to boot it over skinning when I can.
Reasoning: I suck at it, it takes a lot of time to transition from split to board + makes you carry extra gear. When the snow is consolidated with an overnight freeze I am just flat out faster to boot vs a skin and filming is 100x easier. Fear not though, lots of skinning coming soon.
Awesome! You are an inspiration to me
