Riding with the ABC model in mind (E20)

While riding through northern Italy, I try to explain the ABC cognitive-behavioral model. Also known as ABCDEF, initially a part of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, pioneered by Albert Ellis. This model is something that can be applied in day to day life to challenge irrational/dysfunctional thoughts that generate negative emotions. It can also be used while riding.
