Away from the pain and the neglect of the govt ,great journalism ,let's appreciate this guy great work
Yes, I would never have seen this detailed video on my fake news channel in Philadelphia. Yes, thank you 👍 keep up the great work 😁
Searching for Justice in Kenya is like searching for a lost ring in Sahara desert. However, I do know that Justice will be served by the Almighty one day!
The swamp will be drained one day.
If the almighty existed then you would not have had these problems in the first place! we created it, we have to solve it.
The almighty is full of bull💩.
In the meantime corruption is running rampant around the world at a frenetic pace.
Amen.
I respect your opinion and beliefs, but waiting for divine help won't help our country
Seeing that lady cry for her dead son was heart breaking ..
The guy in the yellow shirt said he had two eyes for 30 years an the police took one of them away 😡
Very sad 😭
I am so proud of you serving your community by highlighting its challenges and injustices. That healthcare worker and anyone who help that old lady are heroes!
Omg... This video is shocking and disconsolate . I cried during the whole video . As a African black women , i feel sad and regretful about what's going on in Africa right know . The problem is not coronavirus , but the police brutality !! How many more will die face to the police . This has to stop !!
I hope that the Government will realise what going on !! Rip to Yasin and all people who died face to these abominable persons . May God protect this country . 🙏🏾🇰🇪 Ameen.
Greed and corruption.
Colleen...Government are well aware of whats going on. Problem stems from the fact that the police dont work for the people, are not elected by and accountable to the people - but, just as in the USA (and everywhere) the police are accountable to their paymasters, the government and its politicians who have their own agendas
It's painful and sad to see people living in these conditions, especially children.
We need more videos like this plz ! And KENYA NEEDS TO CHANGE AS A COUNTRY!
We must condemn police brutality at all cost.
My heart was bleeding while watching this, so sad that police brutality has to get its way even during a pandemic
Even in the U.S.
Smdh!!!
This is the same thing happening in my country Nigeria. My heart goes out to the families affected. I pray God heals our land 😢

The world is already in war with the virus this time we should stand for eachother not against one another. My deepest condolences for the family of the people who lost their lives by both police brutality and the virus.
The poor have no place in Kenya
RIP Yassin. I am crying over here. 😭
In my country Guinea Conakry 7 people were killed by the police.
My heart ❤️ goes out to those parents 🥺
My heart broke for the mother of that young boy. May God help this family to find peace and justice.
Same, but what really got me was the father shortly after, man you spend 13 years of your life taking care of your child, and just like at the blink of an eye your life's over
That would break me as a human
It is so bad when we are persecuted and treated like this by our own people.
Very saddening. We often forget how people are going through suffering, this is a stark reminder. What happened to humanity, where has it gone? With authority comes accountability, but when will that ever be seen? Very good coverage by Elijah Kanyi and his team, must have been tough filming the story .....and what a price to pay by the media team as well as nurse Rosemary Chirona and team. Kuddos. I pray they all recovered from the exposure and even more that they heal psychologically from all they have to see and endure of injustices they come across in their work. I also pray for all, here in Kenya and in other countries, that this virus leaves them alive, even though impacted. For all those who didn't survive it, and those who lost lives in the name of "being helped to protect them from Covid-19", may your souls rest in eternal peace. I also pray that fighting a virus remains just that, a fight against the virus that recognizes and applies humanity.

The guy who had his eye removed! I really feel for him, I hope he got justice.
What kind of justice do you propose? Do you "Really" think he'll be compensated or the police will be charged?
Just Google kenya homes for sale and click on images, if they have homes like that that means the country has money, and the problem is Economic inequality, when people complain or protest the rich tell the corrupt politicians, to send in the military to back up the police.
Of cos Kenya has money the problem is the corrupt leaders there starting from the president to the rest its soo disgusting but for me as a Kenyan I know one day Allah will make us see a good leader and our country will develop well as it should those bad leaders will pay some day Allah is with us
The problem is the land grabbers build shambles for people to live in ...that's why you see such houses.. everyone wants to own a house wether legally or illegally

Because it's not something you can fix.
1 They NEED strict measures otherwise half the country is dead. So that's non-changeable.
2 But the people are raised as scumbags who only think about smoking, sitting around and doing their thing without caring for others, so they won't listen. This can not change except over generations.
3 Because of 1, not doing anything is impossible
4 So police are FORCED to use violence to keep the idiots in line and by doing so inevitable do wrong things. Since the previous two conditions, this can not be changed.
And the vicious circle goes round and round.
