The only con I hVe for the front is I wished they would bulk up the front a little more.. perhaps square it up a little.. other than that I really like it

I drove this truck and I found a little hesitation while accelerating , but when I put it in sport mode I didn’t feel it , is that normal ?
It must be amazing to realize that Black Appearance Pkg = Everything is "blacked out"....
If it's a black pkg, why mount the tires with the white letters out?
Damn I though the wheel-well area had plastic to protect it from rock chips and salt.
That doesn't look good. But overall great truck.
So it's basically the same truck as last two years

Why not more engine options
I just bought a 2021 Ranger Lariat 4x4 with the "Black Appearance" package. My main gripe about the appearance package is, if you're going for the black look, why have the white letter side of the tires showing with chrome lug nuts? I immediately took mine to the tire shop and turned the black side wall out. I also ordered a set of black lugnuts to replace the chrome ones. You'd be surprised how much better that made it look.

I will be ordering mine in the spring beging they won't change things till 20223 witch I don't care 4 the Australian version at all. I'm going for the LariatFx4 Supercab ,I sill like the 6ft bed and then level it with the Fox2.5coil over and save up for the Duratrak tires.

I’ll have to test drive one against my 3rd gen taco. The seriously sluggish taco could benefit from a turbo but that’ll never happen.
I saw a report (could have been more of a rumor) that the next gen Taco will get a turbo 4 from one of the Lexus power plants. Again probably just someone speculating more than anything
Does it have remote start?
My Lariat Ranger does, pretty sure it's standard on the 302A XLT and above.

Can't wait for the refresh next year. Interior still looks like it belongs in the Ford Edge.
I dont think its that bad at all compared to the other midsized trucks. The Ridgeline is the only truck in this class with a decent interior, and its really a minivan.

My only cons is
1. The back sliding window isn't automatic
2. Smaller in width compared to or same as a car (never owned a car so not sure)
3. You probably get less back passenger leg room then a car
so if ford changes those 3 things down the road I'd be happy especially for the price they're charging especially with how much insurance is demanding

Never had a car wow yes but as a child most my life I have ridden in cars till I was a teenager and I'm pretty sure the mid size trucks have less passenger leg room and and did try it out today at a dealership I was right and I'm 5'8
