    Louisiana Hot Sauce
    Soy Sauce
    Worcestershire Sauce
    Season All
    Cayenne Pepper
    Black Pepper
    Garlic Powder

    Directions:
    1. Chop 4 stalks of green onion
    2. Mince 2-3 cloves of garlic

    5. Peel and devein shrimp
    6. Place shrimp in a bowl, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and season to taste with season all, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and accent
    7. In a pot add 1 tbsp of olive oil, add beef, cover with lid, and simmer for 6 minutes on medium heat
    8. After 6 minutes, remove lid and give it a quick mix
    9. Add minced garlic
    10. Add 2 tbsps of Louisiana hot sauce, 2 tbsps of soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce, and mix well
    11. Add 4 cups of beef broth and 1 beef bouillon cube
    12. Cover with lid and simmer for 1 hr on medium heat
    13. After 1 hr, add 1 cup of water and simmer for 20 minutes or until beef is tender
    14. Boil noodles until al dente
    15. Boil 4-6 eggs for 12 minutes
    16. Place eggs in a ice bath for 10 minutes to cool (makes them easier to peel)
    17. Peel and slice eggs
    18. Remove yakamein from the heat and allow to cook for 10 minutes (so when you add your shrimp they won’t over cook)
    19. In a skillet, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side (when you see pink it’s an indicator that it’s time to flip)
    20. Add shrimp into yakamein
    21. Plate yakamein, add eggs, and garnish with green onion
    22. Enjoy!

Check out chef Charlie Andrew’s a New Orleans native, that’s how it’s originally made. Their video was good as well.

I love the recipe. I like my shrimp to pop in my mouth so I may jst top the dish with a few shrimp. Boiling the shrimp makes it soggy to me. Other than that, I think I like your recipe the best, I been making this a long time and everyone has their own way of making it, that’s really why I love our food. Put our own spin and it be better than the first time. Thank you for sharing your recipe

Thank you!! You’re right there’s many of ways to customize dishes and make it your own. There’s not a perfect recipe. It helps us grow and expand. That’s how new dishes derive. Thanks again we appreciate you!!
