The 244 came as the stock knobby on the KingSong S22. I'm glad to see everyone having a good experience with them as I haven't ridden the S22 yet as it's still 0 miles on it and it needs a motor swap or it will likely kill you so...I'm waiting just a bit longer.
Heck yeah, been waiting for this vid! Would love to see some vids discussing about different controllers and what all the Kilowatts and voltages mean, as I'm not an electrician. I need to learn about all that before I pick which controller I want. I was looking at BAC4000, but now I'm considering one of the KO moto. I just don't understand how all the electricity plays together, between the controller, battery and motor, or how to program it.

I run the Shinko 241s on my surron. First thing I noticed was that they make the bike sound sooo much better too! May have to try the 244s next.

Well this is hilarious, and that shed and pail sure look familiar! 😂
If you want to know how much heavier these tires are than say, a typical Kenda e-bike tire, pick up a 5 pound sack of sugar. Yep, you can definitely feel the weight, and the tread design uses a continuous 100 to 180 watts extra when cruising, but I think they're worth it. Stability improvement alone is huge. I had them on my bike, took them off because the drag didn't fit in with casual riding, but I told myself that the first flat I get with the Kendas that was NOT caused by Tannus Armour, I'd be switching back. Yesterday I pulled out a 1 inch strand of steel wire from a wire brush that had gone through the Kendas and the tube, so I'm going to the Shinkos again today. I'll adjust the power levels and virtual freewheeling to compensate for the tires, and it should be fine for winter. I was only running 2kw because the bike is so light, so I'll probably bump it up to 2.6k. I've modded the motor internally and have tested it at 3.2kw, and it's been unbreakable since then, so 2.6k will be fine for a 68 pound folding bike.
PS: The most difficult part of installing these tires (for me) is getting the tube valve stem in, and I had to have someone pull the tire up so I could fit my fingers in there!
PPS: You know how my bike has the battery on the back of the seat tube... If you come across a company that makes a 72v version that would fit that space (it can be taller), let me know 😉

I stayed away from goin 3.5 in the rear n just stayed at 2.75. I’ve heard from a lot of people say they take so much power from the bike goin that wide.

I originally bought the shinko 241s just looking at tread patterns (im extremely new to bikes). Worst luck ever it cancelled and the next day EVERY warehouse ran out (guessing the sting r (what i bought). Soooo I bought the 244 and after 3 inner tubes ive popped putting in 😂😂😂 I FINALLY got it going. I dont do trail runs im a beginner but its nice knowing you CAN. Also can anyone tell me if I do have more contact patch with the 244s compared to 241 trail tires? I'm THINKING its much more grippy on wet and roads. I wouldnt off road all the time obviously theyre not straight knobbies. Dude this bike is fast AS FUCK. 147 lbs and 39 NM of torque? Are you serious? Cut that brown wire y'all that's HALF the weight of a Ninja 400 with the same amount of torque.... more power to weight ratio than a fucking hellcat. BE CAREFUL!
Sometimes I hear the 241s are easier for wheelies but I’ve gotten good with the 244s so I wouldn’t know the difference… plus the 244s look cooler to me lol
