I got a Gamo Swarm Magnum 10X GEN 2 .22 coming from Airgun Depot.
Me also from Pyramyd air. Stuff can be hard to get with the marxist government attacking our free market over a cold virus now, and I was surprised they had it in stock.
I wish I could afford it Im 16 and have 200 saved but it’s hard to save much more because of all the stuff I’m paying and helping my mom pay for but maybe I’ll be able to it’s my dream pellet gun

Can u get the swarm maxim gen 2 I have it in 22cal and I love it so far the extra magazine feature is great too. But u have experience with all the swarms I need a opinion from the experts and what ammo do u recommend I’m using ruger impact superpoint. Seem to be getting good accuracy at 40 to 50 yards

Good shooting and demonstration, Noor! It's a shame Gamo cut corners on the Fusion rifles when they moved it to the 10X system. The single pellet Fusion Elite and Fusion Mach 1 were much better rifles. They were the perfect choice for in between the Maxim and the Magnum! Those fusions had nice adjustable stocks and much more power than the new fusion which is a warmed over Maxim with cheaper thumb hole stock. So, how do those Gamo rifles shot their own Gamo branded pellets compared to the JSB's? Are they accurate and just as devastating? I can't believe the "Dollar Sportsman" is shooting Mug root beer, it's good stuff, LOL!!!
At 25yds, are these a little overkill? Ie can a 500fps gun be just as accurate? I just need accuracy, not massive force. Also in a rural area so I’m thinking 1200fps guns are just too much. What break barrel would you recommend for my case? A slower, less powerful Gamo? Or something else?
Yes at 25 yards, any of these still packs a ton of punch. In fact out to 40 yards you’re still going to get terminal results. The Maxxim And Fusion would suit you just fine :) (I’d say in .22 caliber, though)
I ordered the gen 2 fusion but they shipped me the maxxim gen 2. Any thoughts anyone on if it would be better to keep maxxim instead. Ty for any input

It really depends on the use: the Magnum is powerful enough for effective hunting of small game. If that is your goal, I’d definitely go with the Magnum.
If you’re looking for something that can kill pests such as mice/rats and if a good practice/plinker gun, the Fusion excels. I’ve had a lot of fun with it and even taught my kid how to shoot with it.

Absolutely! I’ve had some of these go through plywood before, but I wasn’t paying attention to the size. I’ll have to try with a few different pellets to see which work the best.

I think this air rifle is worth it...the benefit in this rifle is the fact that it has a ten shot magazine plus the power is impresive!
