I really like fitness workout video because they are safe and show you how to use your own body. And Dan has a great motivational voice tone that doesn't rush you into the new routine to practice.

Love this warm up for being so short and moderate yet effective. Gonna stick with that aside my cardio workout with the jumping rope. Best combination for me. Thank you for this video!

in 2013 i was walking on to playfootball at Univ of Arkansas. I would get up at 430am and do the fitness blender warm ups and then go to warm up at practice. To this day fitness blender has the best warm up videos

Been a week or two since I worked out and ate well. I'm going to do just this today and try eat healthier. Will be back when I'm done to tell you how I did. Hopefully I don't die, I usually enjoy these warm ups ❤❤❤
I was tired after the first exercise but I quickly realised my muscles were probably just switching on after a long time and that's why they hurt. So I kept going and slowly felt my heart beat go up. This is a great workout, feel like repeating this again and again. I did it!!! It's been a while since I worked out and I can feel it, my body hurts more, I guess the endurance I built up is gone and I'm back to square one.
Broke a little sweat, is that a good or bad sign?

Thanks guys, this was great. Great for warming up and stretching at a nice slow pace...so I then can do my isolated work out on my abs or my arms. I also have a knee injury, which this gives me a nice slow pace, to rehab my knee. I do this on my off days, which is a nice break from my more accelerated workouts on my on days...Thanks again.

IMB4IC search them up first, open them in separate tabs, and then just close out the tabs to go on to the next step. That's what I do. But ya, I want it all together to. ;)

This is a great vid, been going to the gym for 10+ years, this is great as it targets the areas I need to in a warm up. I follow this by Lower Body Stretching Routine for Flexibility & upper body stretching, great way to wake myself up : )

I love the 25/30/45 seconds concept although I experienced something of a time dilation during the jumping jack and those 30 seconds were never ending..... will see how long it will take me to do them all without running out of breath.

Look at whoever your using in the exercise then search a warm up using that muscle

Vaja Chelidze I am at a perfectly healthy weight, thank you very much. In fact, I don't need to lose weight at all. I do FitnessBlender's workouts simply to gain muscle and keep my metabolism up. Not to mention everyone is at a different fitness level. I am improving every day. The next time you feel the need to judge someone on here, DON'T.

I got injured around 18 months ago after a mtorbike accident and I've been very inactive ever since. Fell to unhealthy habits. I'm trying to take my life back again. Doing this warm up is alread tiring for me, my heart beats like crazy, but it's a start. Hopefully I can get better

Just an improvement point; please add modified moves for people who have an injury/back problem. I did this and found the moves having to bend down flared up my back pain

@marie- it's a warmup workout intended before the real workout. Wouldn't hurt just to do em on rest days though ;)
