    INGREDIENTS:
    300 Grams Raw/Tender Jackfruit
    FOR MASALA:
    8 Dried Red Chillies (Ramnad)
    1/2 Coconut Grated
    1 Marble - Sized ball of Tamarind
    4 teaspoons Urad daal
    2 Teaspoons Coriander Seeds
    FOR TEMPERING:
    1.5 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
    2 Teaspoons Mustard Seeds
    2 Teaspoons Fenugreek Seeds
    2 Teaspoons Urad Daal
    1 Sprig Curry Leaves

    Very nice recipe. I will definitely try to make this. We get canned jackfruit here in the US. Does not taste the same as the fresh “kadgi”we get in India.
