- Hello Everybody, Welcome Back to Bapama's Kitchen! Today, we're making Ambo & Awnasa Sasam, a vibrant and flavorful dish featuring the dynamic duo of mango and pineapple, seasoned with ghee, mustard seeds and curry leaves. This traditional GSB Konkani recipe is a showstopper at weddings, poojas, and everyday meals alike.
Crafted by my grandmother, this Ambo & Awnasa Sasam is a unique and tasty marvel that transcends conventional categorizations. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner-or paired with a scoop of ice cream-its fruity essence is sure to captivate your taste buds.
Here is a description of it's flavors:
Sweet & Tangy: Ripe Neelam mangoes and juicy pineapples create a symphony of sweet and tangy flavors, perfectly balanced by the earthy notes of grated coconut.
Aromatic Spice: A touch of tamarind adds a delightful tang, while green chilies bring a subtle heat. Asafoetida and mustard seeds lend an irresistible aroma, making your kitchen come alive.
Tempting: A tempering of ghee, mustard seeds, and curry leaves infuses the dish with warmth and depth, elevating the flavors to new heights.
It is best enjoyed with a combination of Rice, Dalitoy, Sukke, Curds, and a side of pappod & vodi, this dish promises a symphony of textures and flavors. It's a culinary journey that invites you to savor every bite. Don't forget to like, share, comment and subscribe!!!

Ashwinale bapama mast layk randap karta 👌👌👌. ani Ashwinale Bapama polochek varek, cute ass 😍
Oooh I did not know one could use pineapple - going to give it a try!
Also, Grapes. But I could not run to find any this time.
This dish tastes amazing with a masala randai on the side - Cabbage Bhutti, Papad, some dalitoy and a bit of curds. The contrasting flavors take it to the next level. Will upload the Bhutti video soon 😊
Thank you! @@gsbrecipes

Nice Recipe, black spots on mango because it's frozen one as it is not mango season.
Ah that's interesting. Thank you so much for the information 😊 🙏

Naa. No steaming.
You HAVE to add subtitles. Tips will go amiss to non native speakers
Have done that for the newer videos - I'm working on subtitling all videos, should be done by the end of the month - mid next month 😊❤️
@@gsbrecipes Definitely going to try this 😁
