Nice reaction. Bts debuted in 2013, coming from a small company being told by others they wouldn’t make it. Bts has three rappers and four vocalist. Each member has their own solo projects, the rappers even have mixtapes which they release for free. They write and produce their own music, along with their companies in-house producers. Bts has a wide range of different styles of music, as they like to try new things. You should check This is Bts by xceleste and Bts hardships 2013-2021 by xceleste to get to know them.
They definitely proved their doubters wrong. They've arguably become the most popular band of all-time! I can speak for the 3 of us - we're eager to check out more of their music. Thank you for watching, and your thoughtful comments.
@@TournamentPodcast Yes, their hard work really paid off.
Dynamite was their first of three English songs that they released. These songs were released to help cheer people up, while going through the pandemic. They even released a album that talks about their experiences throughout the pandemic. Bts normally talks about real things in their music such as: mental health, loving yourself, youth and female empowerment, social injustices, etc.
I appreciate the insight. From what I hear they're a great group of guys! Comments like yours make me appreciate them even more. Thank you!
@@TournamentPodcast no problem!!
I'm a 69-year-old dude from Chicago and I love BTS.
Don't worry for the ages... I'm 58... Not only the song is good, but their lyrics more like you want to tell that to your kids... And the youth feel they a part of them.... Even me feel really touch to their lyrics in some songs....
Enjoy your adventures with BTS and army mom and army dad will recognize you..
I hope you will live it... 💜💜💜💜
Thank you very much for watching and commenting. ARMY has been very excepting and nice to us! We're excited to continue our BTS adventure. 💜
@Tournament Podcast yeah, no worries, I am 68 and I love them and their songs.
Yes, I'm 65 yrs old and love all BTS songs. My healing medicine. Been in depression, so listening to BTS songs healed my depression. I'm glad I met these 7 young boys with unique talent and personality. Please react to Boy with Luv 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
@@thelmadelin1077 I'm 46 and in 2018 BTS is what got me through my worst experience of grief and depression. Just sincere, loving, and talented humans. They give me hope for the world - and that's not a bit of hyperbole!
I like to refer to myself as "Silver Army", I'm 51, and stumbled across BTS right before quarantine. 💜✌️From texas
BTS ARMY is a diverse fan base. You are more than welcome to join us once you catch on to their passion for their art. I like the idea of your series and hope you keep going.
Thank you for the support. 💜
Love the guy in the middle. He did the clap and hair sweep. 🙏💜
Also he said V ending it off which means he knows the boys. Gotta love that.
Marty, the brother in the middle, definitely knows his stuff! Mike and I are relying on him to help us out as we continue to learn about the band. 😀 Thanks for watching and commenting!
I found BTS about 3 months ago. Dynamite is what started me off into the rabbit hole.
As with me as well. Dynamite is such a good song, it was only natural to start listening to more from BTS. 😃
I'm a 52 year old BTS ARMY member! 💜 I've started learning Korean just for them and I love it! 😊
Thank you for your honest reaction on BTS. I'm a 58 y/o working mom & cancer survivor and learned about BTS through my daughter. Their songs have helped me with my own personal challenges in life that's why I have developed my love for them. This is indeed a feel good summer song for the Army (the name of the fandom). The little BTS boy figurines you are giving away are called Tiny Tan. I look forward to your forthcoming reaction videos.
Thank you so much for watching. You are an inspiration. 💜
I am 46 and my mother is 73...we are part of the ARMY. 💜
I'm a 53 years old Metal Freak from Germany. I got to know BTS years ago through my daughter. BTS make my days brighter.
Now I 'll watch your next BTS reaction 💜
Thank you 💜
Welcome to the rabbit hole will be looking forward to your reaction to bts
We're just getting started and it definitely feels like we've started down the BTS rabbit hole. 😂
They have a lot of fans who are in their 40s and 50s; I am 45 and I love their music, I listen to them with my teenage sons :)
Thank you for reacting! My bucket list includes seeing a live BTS concert. The song uplifted a lot of people especially BTS ARMY during the 1st pandemic summer. My score for dynamite is 8.
Thank you for watching, and thank you for the score! I'm looking forward to listening to more of their songs.
Hi Guys. Love your reactions and how respectful you are. I am a 55 year old Army who found them through my 26 year old daughter four years ago. They are a constant source of joy for me. My one and only con is that I find the animated flames (?) in your logo extremely distracting. It just might be me LOL. Anyway, enjoy the journey. You won't be disappointed.
Thank you. And by the way, my kids have also told me they aren't fans of the flames. We may have to make a change. 🔥🙂
Thank you for reacting to BTS! Next… Mic Drop, Black Swan, On Kinetic Manifesto, Butter, Pied Piper, Dimple, Permission to Dance!!!
Best BTS Documentary : The Most Beautiful Life goes on - A story of BTS by the Asian Theory.. a must!
Thank you for watching, and thank you for the song list. We just might pick one of your choices for our next video. 😃
I also like more old school hard rock genre; that's why I prefer BTS's earlier stuff (Fire, Spine Breaker, Mic Drop, etc.).
I definitely want to start listening to and reacting to some of their earlier songs! 👍
You know, you can always change your ranking later. 😆 It was fun watching you guys, looking forward to seeing more
I've actually thought about that... we might make a few adjustments to the rankings as we continue to hear more from BTS. Thanks for watching!
Welcome to the BTS rabbit hole. Those little guys are called Tiny Tan. The last bit of the video was green screen thanks to the pandemic. And if you want your socks blown off and want to see what kind of intense showmen BTS are watch the 2020 MMA award show performance. Their concerts are epic.
New suscriber. I'm a 39 yo mom from France, Metallica fan from my ten's days and ARMY now. Good reaction.
Thank you for subscribing from France! 😀
When we start recording videos for our next group of reactions I may just wear my Metallica shirt. 😆
I'm probably too late for the giveaway, but wanted to let you know that "Little BTS" figures/animated characters' official name is TinyTan. 😊💜
Thank you. Yes, the first giveaway is over but we are having another soon. 👍🏻
They produced this song to cheer us up! I wish you guys would pause when you talk or save the longer monologs until after the song. BTS'S ENERGY IS EVERYTHING!
❣️I too listened to “classic rock, that was my go to; Def Leppard, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Whitesnake, Journey, Scorpions, Iron Maiden… etc. I am 60 & just adore these guys and everything they do plus everything they stand for. I’ve danced most of my life that’s what started me watching them. I have a son around their age. I am blessed that he is of good mind, thought and heart like these young men. ARMY proud!💜
Oh my gosh! Why did I only discovered you guys…I love your reactions. I am 67 yrs. old and I love BTS and I’m an Army…they got me through when I had the COVID last December. Thank you for appreciating the boys. Unlike one of the reactors I happened upon when he said “he’d rather be killed than listen and watch to BTS sing and dance”. Thanks guys.
The comment about this being a "feel good summer song" is spot on. That's exactly what they were going for. They wanted to put out something fun and happy to raise spirits during the pandemic.
My recommendation: become gold members of UNICEF by donating $80 grand a year (somewhere around there. Jin is a member.) to get BTS on your podcast. 🤣
This is great :) thanks for listening to BTS 👍
Thank you for watching and listening to us 😃. We're having a lot of fun with these videos.
I enjoyed your reaction and looking forward to more! I’m 44 and a huge music fan (thanks to my uncles and a few other older people I grew up with who introduced me to the classics). I absolutely love certain artists from completely different eras and music genres but never liked generic pop music in general. My favorite artists are those like Led Zeppelin, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Sex Pistols, Minor Threat, Metallica, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Michael Jackson, Prince, Public Enemy, WuTang Clan, Arcade Fire, Beyoncé. I kept coming across articles about kpop and assumed it’s Korean manufactured pop music and never looked into it.
But then I saw this group called BTS a Korean group on the cover of Time magazine and Forbes, appearing on late night talk shows, that was selling out stadiums in the US and globally….singing in Korean and being compared to the Beatles specifically for being a pop group invading the US and becoming a sensation. I checked out their music out of curiosity. Then decided to look into their history in South Korea and how they became so big. Found myself completely impressed by the fact they started off as basically the only group in an indie/start up label and, against all odds fighting against the media and huge labels trying to keep them down, and managed to grow a global audience singing in Korean, and now contributing 5B dollars annually to the Korean economy. Their history and their early music was VERY punk to me.
Looking up their lyrics and watching their live performances made me realize they are up there with some of the greatest and hardworking artists in history. I love so much of their music that includes so many genres and each member is so talented (unlike other boybands who had mainly one frontman and the rest as backups). I don’t expect everyone to love their music because people have different tastes but there is absolutely no doubt they are making music history by proving that music has no language barrier if it’s good. I am gonna go through the rest of your BTS reactions and hope you like them.
This song was written by a couple of Brits with a serious fascination towards American pop culture, obviously. 😅
ARMYs were conflicted because we are used to BTS writing their own lyrics, but they decided the original for the mood they wanted to spread. It is so catchy most of us were carried along with the wave. They have performed it live probably over 40 times, and Every. Single. Stage had a unique design and concept. Their stage designers and creative team in general are brilliant.
The western industry dismissed them for a long time, and now they are taking notice and scrambling to drag them down out of jealousy and fear. Refer to the latest Billboard magazine cover story.
I l9ve all their songs. I'm a 65 year old Army and so proud of the boys.
This is kind of tribute to pop legends like MJ. The dance moves and some lyrics related MJ and they inserted dance break when performing this song for an award shows called MMA 2020 ( Melon music award in Korea) which is completely a tribute to MJ and there are posters of Beatles etc... there in the MV. They used green screen becoz of pandemic n strict rules they had no choice but shoot mv like that. They shot this mv during start of the pandemic. But their actual plan of not to use green screen but want to shoot everything in natural set up but pandemic took away everything.
Great reaction, thanks for checking out BTS. Please check out Fake Love.
Hi. My first time watching your reactions and will be watching more of your BTS reactions. I watch BTS reactions, BTS variety shows and listen to their songs. It's my kind of rest everyday.
Thanks for reacting and liking them.
I'm late to the party and gonna binge watch. 😉
You should check out Bts tinny desk it’s live one of my favourite songs of Bts is House of cards the vocal line sing it there harmonies and blend s are so beautiful 💜💜💜💜💜🇨🇦
Love your reactions show. You should react to there Tiny Desk Performance.
I am so sorry I only just found this. Now I am going to have to bing you all to catch up. So looking forward to this idea. It is also funny to watch you all work backwards though their songs. So instead of watching them evolve, you are going to watch them get younger. HAHA I do think one of the things that it can be very important to understand the meaning of some of their songs such as Black Swan was based on Martha Grahams famous quote “a dancer dies twice - once when they stop dancing, and this first death is the more painful”. Their song and video is about a fear of losing your love of your art (for them music and dance).
New subscriber here! Please react more to their songs like Outro : Tear, Dionysus, Not Today, Ugh, Agust D, Map of the Soul : Persona, Daechwita, Airplane pt 1, 2
Our list of songs is quite vast. We've had Dionysus recommended many times, but I've only had Ugh recommended one other time... that was from my mom. 😀💜
@@TournamentPodcast I hope mom told you to also react to/watch the "Ugh Explained by a Korean" from DKDKTV channel after so you can appreciate the genius of the lyricism that the rap line wrote. 💜
Your recommendation are hardcore... Just add with Shadow and Tear... 😁😁😁
@@Bellmomongan Ikr😁
@@taptaphello123 Please yes I agree with that! Please pay attention to their lyrics...
soy abuelita army y a partir de hoy estare al pendiente de todo lo que ustedes nos muestren gracias por reaccionar a bts no se van a arrepentir porfavor les recomiendo we are bulletproof eternal con subtitulos
Those are TinyTan figurines, I believe. They did have models before they launched TinyTan, though.
I’m glad you liked this song. Thank you for your reaction. Can’t you just say that Dynamite it the baseline and rank the other songs against it? Like the next song is better or not as good. Then place the songs where you think they fall based on that. For example, I liked Butter more than dynamite, so Butter would be above dynamite. I liked on more than dynamite but not as much as butter, so on would fall between dynamite and butter. I hope you got my point. Thanks again.
👏👏👏💜💜💜🇦🇷🌍
Listen to Make it right on the Stephen Colbert show
I know you've heard the song, but what I found annoying is that you talked over the whole video. Had you seen the video as well? It was very frustrating. I like that you like the song and BTS, however, I think you miss little nuances of the video if you're not actually watching it. No hate, just opinion. That all being said, I did actually enjoy your commentary and will be checking out your other BTS videos.
I appreciate your comment. We did start making a lot of changes including not talking during the videos anymore 🙂
@@TournamentPodcast I see that. I've now watched 2 more videos and appreciate the change. :) Thank you.

Lo siento, pero ODIO que hablen ,mientras esta sonando la musica :(
I like your channel but I do wish the guy in pink would talk a bit less. Let them listen to the song please.
I hope you don’t talk through the song for every single reaction like that in future reactions!!
