  • Here is another losar special: Ngarchur - Tibtan sweet dried cheese.
    It's easier to make than it looks!
    2 liter whole milk
    1kg plain yoghurt
    30g sugar

    As always,we are so thankful for everything you teach us.You are amazing 🤩 technically you are one big Tibetan cultural n traditional powerhouses,you shares all your knowledge n skills with us.your expertise in Tibetan cuisine is an another level n it’s worth to learn,worth to keep it n worth to pass it down to our children.we Tibetan, there are many good cooks but they dnt teach to others,they keep it very secret n never shares their recipes to others.Many people dnt know how to cook these delicious Tibetan food in their home thats why we eat more of other countries food than our own,nowadays our lifestyle is more like Ramaluk,what we see on CZcams,most of them were Ramaluk teachers,without proper background n knowledge in Tibetan sometimes they spoils or ruins the whole concept.Anyway great to see you on CZcams n teaching all these wonderful Tibetan food to rest of world.🙏
