I love Tibetan Chang , I used to make rice chang, but I think best is to used glass jar , it’s most cleanest and safe for health. I put Blankets around , jar closed tightly with plastic on the top, and I don’t need to shift from different containers and loose it s original taste. Thank you Amala, using plastic gloves is better as often our nails contains lot of dirts and bacteria and germs in nails.
