Two Easy Ways To Make Cheese - Chura/Churship

- As Tibetan cheese such as churship is hard to get abroad, many people asked me for a substitute. The recipes in this video are not the traditional Tibetan way to make cheese, especially since dri (female yak) -milk is used in Tibet.
However, the dried version I will show you, is quite similar in taste to the original Tibetan churship.
Ingredients:
1 liter milk
1/2 liter buttermilk
and
1 liter milk
500g yogurt
Music:
Marshmallow (Prod. by Lukrembo)
Butter (Prod. by Lukrembo) - Jak na to + styl

Hello Paldenla, thank you for your video on churship. The milk and buttermilk method is not clear to me. Do you have to make the milk warm before letting it sit to curdle?
