Two Easy Ways To Make Cheese - Chura/Churship

  • As Tibetan cheese such as churship is hard to get abroad, many people asked me for a substitute. The recipes in this video are not the traditional Tibetan way to make cheese, especially since dri (female yak) -milk is used in Tibet.
However, the dried version I will show you, is quite similar in taste to the original Tibetan churship.
    Ingredients:
    1 liter milk
    1/2 liter buttermilk
    and
    1 liter milk
    500g yogurt
    Music:
    Marshmallow (Prod. by Lukrembo)
    Butter (Prod. by Lukrembo)

Thank you Palden, for showing authentic Tibetan recipes which I have been missing since my mom passed away. Watching your cooking class I am able to introduce my kids and friends original Tibetan food test. It will be helpful if you could introduce more of vegetarian dishes.བཀའ་དྲིན་ཚེ་།
