Utba umaya sheba uqba nazar bin haris abu jahal waleed bin utba they all killed mashallah
Those killed in The Battle of Badr in
God's way were Haritha bin Suraqa al-Khazraji, Dhush-shimaalayn ibn 'Abdi 'Amr
al-Muhajiri, Rafi' bin al-Mu'alla al-Khazraji, Sa'd bin Khaythama al-Awsi,
Safwan bin Wahb al-Muhajiri, Aaqil bin al-Bukayr al-Muhajiri, Ubayda bin
al-Harith al-Muhajiri, Umayr bin al-Humam al-Khazraji, Umayr bin Abi Waqqas
al-Muhajiri, Awf bin al-Harith al-Khazraji, Mubashshir bin 'Abdi'l Mundhir
al-Awsi, Mu'awwidh bin al-Harith al-Khazraji, Mihja' bin Salih al-Muhajiri, and
Yazid bin al-Harith bin Fus.hum al-Khazraji
Umayr Ibn Al Humam was not one the backsliders who proved his faith was fallible.
The throwing of the dust at the chargers is what they call sympathetic magick, but not sihr.
Those who take the words of their shuyukh as if it was surely the word of Prophet Muhammad
without sourcing it are further along the extreme of conservatism than those who
treat the Sahabah like that, but even that is further away from directly following Muhammad than those who accept the words of Imams and Sufi Masters that were part of a living Hadeeth tradition.
Abu Jahl's behavior or staying steadfast on his path is to be expected from disbelievers the same way as from
believers in worldly loss.
Ikrima was on the list of ten continual enemies upon the conquering of Mecca, but that may be a different source.
Other than in jihadin fee sabeel Illah, what army in history has ever left alone those not being active enemies?
Episode 36 - Episode 42 (Final Part) (Started on EP36)
I will repost this on Ep 40-42.
Fun Trivia fact: Even the Angels have animals and weapons. Even though they do not need them.
Fun Trivia fact: The Angels even name their animals!
Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW forbade the Muslims from killing his uncle Abbas RA and Abul Bukhtari RA during the Battle of Badr.
Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAWs uncle Abbas RA, was captured during the Battle of Badr with the help of a Malak.
Fun Trivia fact: All of the Angels during the Battle of Badr wore the same apparel as Zubair Ibn Awwam RA, as a form of respect to him.
Fun Trivia fact: The elite of the Angels are those who participated in the Battle of Badr. That’s how significant that Battle was.
Fun Trivia fact: It’s important to note that, the Angels themselves did not actually fight or else the battle would have ended instantaneously. Instead, the companions RA made the action to attack and then the Angel would finish the action that the companion RA started. This is why there was 1000 Angels sent on that day.
Fun Trivia fact: Ukasha bin Mihsan RA, broke his sword during the Battle. The Prophet SAW then gave him a twig and told him to fight with that. Ukasha RA did as he was commanded and the twig turned into a sword, that Ukasha RA then used up until his death. This was one of the miracles of the Prophet SAW.
Fun Trivia fact: In Islamic Fiqh, the one who kills the opponent gets to keep the personal belongings of his victim.
Fun Trivia fact: Ummayah was the only Qurayshi that was not buried after the Battle of Badr. This was because when the Muslims attempted to lift his body, it would decompose and thus they put pebbles on top of his body. This was ironic considering his oppression of Bilal RA.
Fun Trivia fact: The dead Muslims in the grave can hear those who visit their graves according to the majority of Muslim scholars and Sahabah RA. But, there is another view held by Sahabah RA like Aisha RA and Umar RA that, the dead cannot hear those who visit their graves. My view is Allahu Allam.
Fun Trivia fact: Allah SWT did not allow any Ummah to receive war booty, except the Ummah of Prophet SAW.
Trivia fact: Uthman RA wanted to attend the Battle of Badr but, he was told to look after his wife Ruqayyah RA who was severely sick. Ruqayyah RA later passed away from this illness on the same day that the Prophet SAW came back from Badr.
Fun Trivia fact: The Prophet SAW could make ijtihad and sometimes he was correct when he did it and other times he was incorrect or corrected by Allah SWT. Essentially, not all ijtihad from the Prophet SAW is Wahi directly from Allah SWT.
Fun Trivia fact: Some prisoners of war from the Battle of Badr were set free since they were poor. Other prisoners were also poor but, knew how to read and write and thus they were set free on the condition that, they teach the children of the Ansar, how to read and write.
Fun Trivia fact: Muslims were initially allowed to be married to polytheists and this only changed in 5AH when Quranic Ayah’s were revealed banning this. Zainab RA is a great example of this since she was married to Abu Al As RA, who was a pagan for a long time before converting.
Trivia fact: Zainab RA had a miscarriage before she reunited with the Prophet SAW in Medina because she fell off her camel after a mob of Qurashi’s tried to stop her from leaving.
Fun Trivia fact: The aunt of the Prophet SAW, Lubaba RA, was the second woman to embrace Islam after Khadijah RA.
Fun Trivia fact: Al Abbas RA, was sympathetic to Islam prior to the Battle of Badr. But he did not accept it completely until he was taken prisoner after Badr and even then he was sent back to Makkah and remaining a secret convert.
Fun Trivia fact: The miracle in Surah Ar Rum, which was that the Romans would defeat the Persians occurred in the 7th year of the Dawah, long before Badr. This Surah also states that the Romans would achieve victory on the same day that the Muslims would be helped by Allah SWT. This was a reference to the Battle of Badr which happened at the same time that the Romans defeated the Persians.
Fun Trivia fact: The elite of the Sahabah are those who participated in the Battle of Badr.
Fun Trivia fact: After the Battle of Badr, the son of Ummayah Ibn Khalaf, Safwan, and his cousin Umayr Ibn Wahb plotted to kill the Prophet SAW as revenge for the loss at Badr. But, when Umayr tried to do this, he was shown a miracle and converted to Islam. Almost a decade later Safwan became a Muslim also.

Disclaimer for my Notes of Sheikh Yasir Qadhi’s Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Series:
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh, these are my notes on Sheikh Yasir Qadhi’s Seerah series.
Please note: I HIGHLY recommend that you all watch YQ’s Seerah series, as I DON’T cover every single detail the Sheikh mentions. I made these notes primarily for myself but, decided my fellow brothers and sisters may benefit from them too. I no doubt will have made mistakes in my notes. All the good in these notes is from Allah SWT and all the mistakes are from myself. But, I was very meticulous and tried my best to make sure everything is accurate as the Sheikh mentions it.
You also will see I have added “Fun Trivia facts” under each of my notes. These FTFs are information YQ said that was off topic or not necessary to include in my notes for the episode. But, they were still worth mentioning hence the inclusion as FTFs. FTFs aren’t always HAPPY pieces of information. Sometimes they are very sad trivia. I just want to say that FTF is the phrase I used for them all collectively when making the notes.
One thing I wanted to do but am too lazy to do is, maybe someone could take the FTFs from under each “Episode” and make an Islamic reminder/information IG/TikTok account and post them daily or something. Could be a great form of Sadaqah Jaariyah.
Please keep me in your Duas and ask Allah SWT to forgive all our sins during this blessed month and beyond! Ameen
Ramadane 2022 anybody???
ilike angels sending storiess
Can someone explain why creation of ada alayhissalam costs money? What does it means ?
Great series based on information. But please keep ur interpretations to urself.
Can someone help me understand why was it forbidden to kill Muhammad's (SM) uncle?
😊👍🏻😊

Anybody who will say any rude or disgusting comments here must be reported and penalized for their disorderly conduct. I ask everyone here to stand against such horrible actions and go against such vile behavior. Please be respectful towards other beliefs and if you have come for mockery, then stop that but if you have come with an open mind to look at the beauty of the religion of Islam then please research THOROUGHLY to get a clear understanding. Thank you :)
I'm confused so we don't earn jannah? I thought our good actions may give us jannah
The meaning is that our lifetime of deeds can not weigh more than eternal jannah. Our deeds are not “equal” to jannah. But rather we do good and avoid evil as Allah commands, and any reward given to us by Allah is far greater than the deeds we did
So i have a question i know dr yasir qadhi is far more knowledgeable than me why doesn’t he say RA with the names of sahabi
27:30 you got it wrong. Not right when Ibrahim lifted the knife he actually stroke Ismail 3 times but the knife did not cut. FYI
Do you have the verse/hadith to support this?
MisterMR Pack Read the tafsir of imam al-Baghawi Maalim at-Tanzil where he mentions this. Forgot to mentioned the tafsir of surah as-Saffat 103.
@@albanezo
I mean scholars have the right to make tafsir as to what MIGHT have happened as with many other things in the Quran, but it's not explicitly mentioned inside the Quran or a primary view as far as I know. Perhaps that's why the sheikh did not mention these things.
MisterMR Pack habibi imam al-Baghawi mentions reports in his tafsir it is not his opinion from thin air.
@@albanezo In that case if the reports are authenticated narrations from the Prophet (pbuh) or the companions then sure.
So Al-Abbas saw an angel with hair parted. Weren't the angels in yellow turbans?
I think it might’ve been that only some angels like jibrael alayhisalam were in a turban, or it might be that he could see the front of the angels hair only. Allah knows best
Different angels on different wings of the army. Maybe this angel was away from Zubayr RA.
43:00 - 44:00
As you mentioned these divine interventions happen. My question is are these interventions happen to muslims only or they can happen to a non muslin as well?

why dont say RA after sahabah's names?
I was thinking the same while watching this particular episode
But lets face it, in one sentence he mentions like 5/6 compagnions' name..it would be huge
Jabba Wockeez subhan-allah, agreed; i like his lectures, so I expected more. cuz, sometimes i could not recognize who is sahabah and who is mushrik.
Md. Mizanur Rahman What is full form of RA ?
Radi allah 3anhou/3anha/3anhoum (may allah be satisfied of him/her/them)
Even i wanted to know that.... it is not necessary to RA after mentioning sahabas names? By mentioning we respect them right?
Okasha bin muhsin died agianst tuleha asadi not musilma kazzab
So I came this far watching this playlist on seerah, and I have to point out things were yq should have been more careful. Every time he talks about people that at that time did not yet accept Islam, he talks like they are believers. He tells us how they prayed and asked for help from Allah? He states that his uncle when he got captured he said "ya Rasulullah" what? He did not believe he was a prophet and he fought against Muahmad, yet yq tells us how he said ya Rasulullah....
Wasn't it reported that Abbas may have been a secret Muslim living in Mecca to get info, etc? As YQ narrated they were forced into battle but did not kill anyone and surrendered without having to kill anyone
"Allah" is a Arabic word which means in English "God". At that time, they also believed in God along with Idols
@@EsoTarek it seems like he skipped that part 😂. Some people only look for errors know they themselves can never what brother yasir is doing
