Designed in 1934 to get around the restrictions imposed by the Treaty of Versailles on military aircraft production, the Heinkel He-111 was initially produced as a commercial airliner that could be quickly and cheaply converted for military use as a bomber.
The He-111 served with the Luftwaffe throughout WW2, serving on all fronts and in a variety of roles as well as the bomber role synonymous with the type. After WW2, it was adopted by Spain as the CASA 2.111 with whom it served until 1973.
The model is scaled to approximately 1:13 and attention was paid to a true to original appearance and best flight characteristics. The model was designed for electric drives but can also be flown using a matched pair of internal combustion engines of about 4.5cc displacement. - Zábava

Throttle cut, “check”. Works as advertised. 😆. Almost as bad as someone inadvertently hitting reverse prop with their Night Timber X during a turn along a tree line. 🤣🤣. I don’t know anyone that’s done that….🙄. Stuff happens..Just glad all ended well. Sure wish these model companies would make more PNP balsa and warbirds too…hint hint HH. P.S. Nice flight there Wes. 👍👍😎
That's ok Wes...one time I flipped the power switch on my transmitter off with the thumb lever on my neck strap...that Durafly Spitfire headed west...
I will say things like that are a really good reason to use the voice feature on your transmitter...if you hit the wrong switch you'll know instantly.

Will you test He 111, 2500mm. I would like to know, how does it fly, because I like this 2500mm wingspan, but wingloading is higher, 117g/dm².

we where using the Cannon T6I reble but upgraded to the Sony AX33 and love it

Nice.. I have one, but no power system yet.. feels like that's too fast for scale; 3S enough? You need my scale landing gear and retracts on it :)
It’s a heavy model so it will be hard to slow it down. Not sure if 3s will be enough but you could try it.
