Maurizio Sarri says that his confrontation with Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa was down to simple misunderstanding about his injury. Kepa refused to leave the pitch when Sarri attempted to substitute him, leading to the Chelsea manager throwing a water bottle and walking down the tunnel.

to restore power to the manager, the player would have to go or be heavily sanctioned
for such scenarios you should have a clause in the contract so that the player learns a painful lesson by being hit financially.
sadly this damaged sarri more than kepa bcs kepa cost the club 70 million, had apparently the players support and sarri had been already on the edge of being fired.
the players got already rid of two coaches, Chelsea's leadership shows little to no respect to the manager.
      1.regarding transfers
      2.regarding power duels
have you seen sarri being publicly supported by any of the clubs bosses?

Sarri handled this well. He wanted to bring on Caballero for obvious reasons: better penalty record, has played with City, has more experience etc. Kepa thought he was being substituted because he had been on the ground injured, and wanted to signal that he was still fit to play. After the misunderstanding was cleared after the match, Sarri decided to not blow this up bigger than it was, and went with Kepa's explanation to not make Kepa look bad. Very classy from him I think

This looks really bad on the coach, it makes him look weak and a lack of control over his players. This is embarrassing on kepa aswell, he should be suspended or fired.

That is exactly what this team lacking. Is the Chemistry between the manager and the players.
