I love this recipe! My family and I enjoy watching your work especially your travel shows. I do the cooking for my family and I have two boys ages 9 and 16, so we go through some protein! I hunt a lot and use this dish often with my venison sausages that I make every season. This is a family favorite. Thank you so much for sharing this family dish of yours. Where is the recipe?
He'd have been just as well frying the ruddy sausages like the rest of us do, then adding the onions - why do all that faffing only to put the dish in the oven without adding either some puy lentils or chickpeas/butter beans to make it a more substantial dish than 'fried sausages'? Odd.

What a stupid order for the video… demo of the potatoes that takes an hour to cook after the demo of the sausages which takes 20 mins 😂
DO NOT put beetroot in your potatoes. I just tried this and it makes a disgusting pink mess. Not worth it. The texture and color ruins your dish
