    Hey Artemis, excellent video. I liked all the recipes including the smoothie. You look so young. Like 16-years old. Try a sirloin rather than ground beef. Very cool.

    This is actually suprisingly decent, all nutruent dense foods and low in carbs, the only thing I would remove from your diet is that half a banana, you'd feel like 10 times even better, trust me morden bananas are bred to have high amounts of sugar, it's arguably not for human consumption. You already have high amounts of potassium from your other food, ditch the banana!

      Thanks for the tip! I just love the texture bananas give my smoothies 😋
      But I definitely go without the banana some weeks, and when I have it, only add 1/3 or 1/2 😊

      Currently, I just reuse them by refilling them up with more berries and putting it back in the freezer 😊
