ON THE GRILL WITH HUBBS | SWEET AND SPICY BAKED BEANS | CRAB SALAD | JERK WINGS RECIPES AND MORE

Our first barbecue since moving to the south.
Sweet and Spicy Baked Beans:
117 oz can of Bush's Baked beans
Bacon
Large onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 bottle of sweet and spicy bbq sauce
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons of yellow mustard
1 table spoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper
Salt
Black pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
2.5 cups brown sugar
Cook bacon in skillet, set to the side once done, add chopped onion and garlic to bacon grease and sauté.. combine remaining ingredients In casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees covered for one hour and uncover and bake another hour
CRAB SALAD:
1 package of imitation crab meat (2lbs)
2.5 cups of Mayo (add more if needed)
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Lemon pepper
Salt
Old bay
Sugar (about 1/4 cup)
Garlic powder
Onion powder
JERK CHICKEN:
Wings Seasoning:
5 lbs wings
2 tablespoons Dry Jerk seasoning
2-3 tablespoons olive/avocado oil
1 teaspoon Cumin
4 packs of Sazon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Allspice
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Marinade:
2 packs of green onion
2 stalks of celery
1 head peeled garlic
1/2 cup jalapeños
7 orange habanero peppers (remove seeds inside)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup liquid smoke
1 pack of fresh thyme
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive or avocado oil
Season wings, blend marinated and coat seasoned wings, place in container and marinate overnight
