Medium Back Meals Series• Meal #1•Roast Garlic Chimichurri and Chicken Pasta Salad•🔥🔥

  • Since summer is on his way, there's been a lot of talks about big backs. Well for those who are not necessarily ready to get to that small back status and still want to eat flavorful foods, I'm going to introduce the medium backs. This is one of the meals that I have come up with that kinds of balance being a big back on the way to medium back, but still adding healthier options... ingredients below, please watch video for instructions
    Roasted Garlic:
    1 cup of whole garlic bulbs
    1 1/2 cup of Olive oil
    For the chimichurri sauce:
    one cup of chopped parsley, one cup of chopped cilantro, one small chopped onion, a teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of Mexican oregano, 4 teaspoons of red wine vinegar, 1 cup or more of roasted garlic olive oil and a hell of a lot of roasted garlic
    For the pasta salad:
    I used two boxes of tricolor rotini, 3/4 cups each of chopped red and yellow peppers as well as onion that were cooked down in the roasted garlic olive oil, season with salt and pepper, olive Garden, Italian dressing, and the chimichurri sauce 
    Chicken Breast:
    Salt, pepper, Mexican, oregano Tony Chachere, Creole seasoning, paprika
