I just found your channel this week, I was looking for recipe ideas combined with my Intermittent Fasting - I LOVE your videos, so many great recipes - 👍🏻😁
Inspiring!
Thank you
Hi there, hope you could make a video of a Day of Eating and your new training plan to give us a more visual idea ;) Thanks in advanced. Lots of blessings from Germany!
Yup! I could definitely do that :-)
@@FatForWeightLoss Yeah-y! Thnx a lot ;)
Time for a bulk!
Impressive results, m8
As a personal trainer yes having someone hold you accountable it works but sometimes I don’t do it results weight gain also specialist sports nutrition certified
I thought you were looking trimmer Aaron. Well done.
Hi Aaron - what make is your watch ? - can it play uploaded music to earpods via Bluetooth ?
Would like to purchase a watch that would not only count steps and monitor heart rate but one that I could listen to music whilst out walking
Love your videos 💕
Hi Chrissie- it’s the Garmin Fenix 6 and yes it can do all of those things! Music direct to AirPods (or any Bluetooth headphones) - super good watch !
FatForWeightLoss - thank you 💕
Where did you go, miss your videos. Hope all is well
Thank's for this video, is it the answer about protein ratio I told you I did'nt agree with you? 20g of carbs per day is probably not universal reciepe... nor 200g of fat added... your muscle gain and fat loss is probably also due to your marathon training and competition, isn'it? Frida has probably been helpfull for you, but I ensure you that your videos are for many included me ! I am dietetician, you're wright, I would try to be coached as you were to go furthur! We have a french specialist here in France, Magali Walkowizc I recomand her books Anna cabeca from USA is also grate! Thank's for your videos, hope you understand my frenglish!!! take car to. Isa
Hi Isa,
The muscle gain and fat loss has everything to do with diet, and strength training, and nothing to do with marathon training :-) Infact, many part time marathon runners are technically skinny fat, as they have to carry so little muscle and heaps of energy to get the race done.
Thanks for your support!
Unfortunately Frida is all booked up. I am in the same situation as you were. High body fat even though I have been doing keto for 2+ years
Hi Scott, maybe you can get in contact with me and I’ll also be able to help you out (support@fatforweightloss.com.au)
It’s almost as if Keto isn’t superior for fat loss and energy balance is what really determines fat loss?
So more steps isn't the way to lose body fat but weight lifting.
looks better before.
Let me get this straight. You are a clinical weight loss practitioner but you didn't know strength training was better for fat loss than cardio?
and you have done keto for 4 years and still ended up 25 percent bodyfat?
Something tells me you don't have the qualifications to do your job do you?
Dont be a jerk
@@DriveandThrive I’m calling out red flags. A clinical weight loss practitioner wouldn’t suggest keto and certainly wouldn’t be 25 percent body fat doing it. His lack of understanding around cardio and resistance training for fat loss suggests he has no education whatsoever. My comment is 💯 fair
@@ActiveArron Your comments may be accurate but the tone was harsh. If this man did go to school, paid thousands and years, and still had wrong info that is no reason to be rude. If anything feel sympathy for him.
Btw, there is no clear consensus even today that resistance is better than cardio for fat loss:

@@DriveandThrive 1) That's a news article and not any kind of scientific study/review of literature
2) The governing bodies are regulated so he has no excuse. I don't feel sorry for him. I am saying he is either lying about being a clinical weight loss practitioner or doing it without any formal qualifications
