I like the idea of keeping it simple. I haven’t lost much weight so maybe I have to up my fat intake. It’s a little frustrating since I cut out so much. I’m going to stick too it, my goal is to loose weight. It hasn’t been easy especially since menopause. Thanks for sharing with us all. Good luck to everyone out there on the keto diet.

I really needed some guidance, I been on keto for 4 months, the first month I lost 6 kilos wich was amazing, but the past 3 months only 2 kilos and on and off, very disappointed BUT I am a very determined person, once I start doing something nothing stops me untill I get what I want.
I need to loose 5 more kilos.
I been eating only 2 meals a day, as I don't get hungry , and I been eating the right fat, and sometimes no carbs at all, but still no loosing weight, BUT Iam very stubborn 🤣🤣🤣
Still and will keep up with keto, besides I LOVE the keto food 👍👍👍💕💕

Cauliflower stalks are a good potato substitute for "potato omelette".
Just chop to small bits, fry just a bit, crack the eggs on them, cook.
Taste is very similar.

I love your tips, I think some people complicated too and it can be overwhelming for some. would you say that their is such a thing is having too much fats when you are trying to lose weight on keto?
Yes, you don't need to hit 100% of your keto fat macros every day becuase you might have stored body fat that you can utilize. I hope that helps :-)

Hello i am a beginer at keto diet i just wanted to ask i have never done intermited fasting before but i want to try it , if i miss out on my breaskfat and fast then just have lunch and dinner do these both food need to have the macros i am supostue have for that day or fever macros because i missed the breaskfast i am not sure if i miss a meal i still need to have the macros for that day or is it ok to have fever macros and calories

So Powerade zero is expensive, and doesn’t contain very many electrolytes. It’s pretty much salty artificially sweetened water....
Zip fizz is good (US) or low carb Endura is also good, otherwise diet salt (nu salt), water and magnesium is also a great cheap option! :-)
