Very nice reactiotn to this emotional performance. A must see for all Lara fans is her famous concert "From Lara With Love" live in Montreal. It has many beautiful songs including Je Suis Malade, Adagio,Love By Grace, You Are Not From Here, Pedere L'amore, Curuso, Broken Vow, I Will Love Again, l Am Who I Am. There are also many other spectacular performances like Yentil Medley live from the Molson Center and "Always" performed live at the opening of the 2011 Asian winter games before ninety thousand people.
This video is a "different" way to be introduced to Lara Fabian. It's more about how much she touches her fans and how much she is loved. She doesn't do a lot of singing in this. But, once you start listening and watching her live performances, you will probably recognize her brilliance as a performer and maybe the greatest singer there is. She has a range like no other and literally lives every word and emotion that comes out of her. She's just amazing!

this is one of my favorite performances ever. Group magic is hard to pull off. This is the ultimate gesture of love, so perfect and delicate. Special kudos to the pianist who had the sensitivity to go with the moment.

I *highly* recommend you watch "Broken Vow" on your Lara journey - it's another example of how beautiful and clear Lara's voice is, and how heartfelt and emotional her performances are - she gives 110% while singing/telling the story in her songs, and her live version from the amazing "From Lara With Love" concert / evening (again, sang from the heart, about her real-life heartbreak and betrayal), is absolutely stunning....
Two of my absolute favourites from her, and Lara's STILL got it - her latest single / collaboration, "Ta Peine", is a (sadly very short playtime), but hauntingly beautiful track, again inspired by events in her own life, and in particular her partner's sacrifices.
Lara's "Je Suis Malade" cover, from the same event, is an emotional performance too - and I absolutely love her storytelling in it, even if I'm really not keen on the original artist's version... That must say something!

Lara was facing hard times , both on the personal (health, love betrayal and breakup) and professional (her progress blocked in the US by her own record company) sides.
Her fanbase knew most of it and wanted to show support and they used this song, one of her biggest hits in France, replacing the title” Je t’aime / I love you” by “On t’aime / We love you”.
I love how Lara, after the initial surprise, establishes a beautiful dialog with the crowd, giving them room to sing with her.
It shows how benevolent and humble she is.
The song itself is a gem, it was as I said one of her songs that reached the top 10 in France charts. But it even grew bigger after it and has become now a french classic, her most iconic french song. It is still attracting a lot of covers from the young french and canadian vocalists generation (Amir, Jeck, …). Most frenchmen know the song by heart.
Surprisingly, it was also a massive success in russia and eastern europe: she became a superstar there thanks to it (and 15 years before her lengthy collaboration with Igor Krutoy that extended this even further) and the song is a MUST in russian karaoke and a recurrent in russian singer contests.

“Je t’aime” was written by Lara Fabian and Rick Allison, her longtime music producer and composer. He also had been her boyfriend for a few years, at the start of her career. This song was written when their love evolved to a friendship and a professional relationship . It speaks about a couple splitting while still having a lot of sentiments one for the other.

This clip gives you an idea of her celebrity but not much on her voice. As most will recommend I'm sure, I suggest you react to "Je suis malade". Another artist I recommend is a young man who had Lara Fabian as one of his inspiration as a child and who is now considered by vocal experts as the best voice on the planet. His name is Dimash Qudaibergen and the best first song to react to is "SOS d'un terrien en détresse" from either The Singer 2017, Slavic Bazaar or 2021 Digital Show. You will be blown away.

Lara, to me, is the best vocalist ever! Je’suis Malade is the absolute live performance! Apparently during this time, she and her ex split up and his BF is the piano player. She didn’t want to do this concert. However, the piano player insisted. He knew it could get her out of her funk. Only for this to happen! I absolutely love Lara Fabian.

This performer can definitely sing, and I appreciate what they are doing, but this style of music is not for me. Taking nothing away from them,it's just not anything I would ever listen to. Not a style for me.
Lara is amazing. Her voice is magical. She inspired Dimash Qudaibergen, who in many experts opinion, is the best singer in the world. Dimash sang her song Adagio during the contest The singer in China in 2017 and Laura wrote the lyrics of Dimash's song Your love.
