The most incredible thing about this performance is when she sang "je t'aime [I love you]", people sang 'on t'aime [we love you]'.
I love how the audience is changing the lyrics from "I love you" (je t'aime) to "we love you" (on t'aime). It's truly a love declaration from the audience to her.
They are singing the song *for* her, they're singing the song *TO* her. They aren't wanting to sing along, in fact she ends up singing along with *them*. If they were singing it for her, or just singing along they would be singing "je t'aime" (I love you). But they're singing *to* her and so they changed it to "on t'aime" (WE love you). And that makes this even more powerful.
The crowd are saying ''On t'aime'' (We love you) while Lara sings ''Je t'aime'' (I love you) . This is an incredible moment

She's an Angel...a gift to us all. I'm sure it is mentioned here somewhere but the crowd (changed the words from "I love you") and was singing "We Love You" back to her. A night she'll never forget.
What is my perfect moment?
The adrenaline rush from that crowd must have been off the charts. I mean, I was in a school band, and at one point during a perfomance in our cafeteria we had about 50 people spontaneously dancing on the tables, clapping and singing along, and the adrenaline rush that gave us in the band kept us high for a few hours. That is one of my most cherished moments.
If that had been 6,000 people doing that I would have keeled over with a heart attack from the adrenaline buzz alone.
The only way this could have been better is if you had watched the version that had the subtitles. The chorus for this song is originally "I Love you, I Love you..." but the crowd was singing WE love you, WE LOVE YOU - so they we're serenading her as she sang to them. It's such a freaking AWESOME MOMENT !
That's what i call adoring fans! Love and admiration pourring out of their hearts!
Paris did for all of us, what Paris can do best. With passion, they poured out our love for her. That night Paris gave us all a gift, they made sure she knows how much we love her. Thank you Paris, we already love you, but now we love you more. I weep, streams of tears, whenever I watch this video.

You reminded me that when I was a kid I had deja vu "moments" all the time up until my 20's. Nowadays it happens every now & then & I don't think too much into it but now I'm old I want to figure out what "Deja vu" is all about.

She is taken by emotions right from the beginning. The fans starting to sing your song to you before you do. what a feeling it must be! Awesome.
No she didn't miss her key... It's live in Dec.2001 (published 2002) she had in that time very hard and serious problems in her life, so the crowd only demonstrated their love for her "on t'aime" (we love you) their cry for her demonstrating their support.
After this... should hear Lara singing "Je t'aime" next with the composer Igor Krutoy in the Kremnlin... at least after her so wonderful performance in Paris, we deserve to hear all the song "comme il faut"...
And yes, here in Europe we usually sing all the time with our idols... how could we not to?

Your reaction was nice first, but you didn't go to the most important thing, that it's a love song. only by the title "Je t'aime" that means "I love you". The fans are singing to Lara, "on t"aime" ("we love you", they changed the lyrics for her) as she sing the original one, "Je t'aime".
