Hi. I love the way you always get a little library mention in! I’m a library assistant and we need everyone to use the libraries please! So many services other than book borrowing available including free computer use. It’s a wonderful provision available to all. 👏👏👏👏👏❤

I worked in the library for many years and always have a nose in the library when i'm visiting different places. They are so good for the community.
As ex cabin crew, we used to get some ice (either from a machine if available, or just an ice bucket sent to the room) and put it in the sink, you can then put all your fridge bits in to keep cold overnight 😊

💡Just a little travelers tip Iwan: to keep stuff cold in ur hotel room;pop the plug in, and fill up your sink bowl with cold water, and place ur yogz, or ppl usually put their pint of milk in there, and it keeps cold over night :) xx
A day in Orlando - my favourite activities from our trips there were 1. A day in Universal Studios 2. A day at Kennedy Space Centre 3. Take a trip to the Everglades with an airboat ride 4. Shopping at the outlets

How interesting , I’m nearly 73 and have been writing lists and ticking them off all my adult life, so much so my daughter does it as well 🤣. Thank you as ever for your chatty vlog, love them. 😊😊😊

Whatever you do DO NOT put that Bamboo in the Ground. Don’t give it to Luke to plant "out" in his garden either.
They completely TAKE OVER in a vey short space of time. 🏴. Lidl’s OWN version of Mars Bars are good and MUCH cheaper.
We had bamboo in our garden, it went everywhere and it took a lot of strong weed killer to kill it. Never again 😖

I’m sure the stain with a white colour to it is the lime coming through from the damp plaster. Use a Zinsser stain blocker before applying your finished coat. Loved the video, I am a tick the list person I love crossing a list of it’s satisfying. I use the reminder app on my iPhone everyday.

I used to get cold sores regularly until i started dabbing a bit of the sap from an aloe vera plant on a new appearing sore. Clears them faster and after a few times using this method i haven't had any more for about 3 years.

Love these videos! You're the sharpest dresser, always well-put-together, casual but smart. When I was working in an office, we called it Friday casual. I have a couple tips for you; use 91% isopropyl alcohol to remove the sticky stuff from stickers, and when your hotel room doesn't have a refrigerator, take the
trash can/waste bin with a fresh liner in it, fill it with ice and use it to keep food and drinks cold. Most hotels will have either a stand-alone ice machine or a drink machine with an ice tab will work as well.
I have even asked the front desk where to find the ice. I hope this helps a bit.☺

Went to Disney World around 13 & Epcot, loved Epcot the best. Didn't do Sea World or Orlando Gardens. Gotta go back... Never have $ for travel...
Always exciting to see you coming to Leeds and exploring! The groups dressing up in Headingley are doing the Otley Run - it's a pub crawl of about 20 pubs that starts in Headingley and finishes in the city centre. It's mostly a student thing but people come from all over the country to take part
My son is a local resident. Otley runners set off at about 2pm and it’s general mayhem! Lol
When I had a leak from my chimney and it came down the chimney breast into the spare bedroom, after it was all fixed and replastered the plaster took months to dry out completely. The plasterer said it was because the wall that got wet took a while to dry out too. So that’s why the plaster took longer than normal. No more leaks since. Had to take the chimney down. ❤
New watcher here, who looks after the cats when you are away? I love Lidl, you never know what you will find!
Enjoyed the video today so glad that the kitchen is finally taking shape. The panelling looks fabulous. Can’t wait to see it finished. Loved the Zara Navy shirt and trousers you brought . The Cat Cards were lovely.😻

As I’ve said before Mr Lovely Teeth I am from Harrogate but now live in Suffolk. We used to go to Leeds most weeks for shopping and for the night clubs. It was great seeing all the lovely shops again. Brought back some great memories for me. Thank-you 👍🥰

Hi Mr C yes our plastering was the same...we used a humidifier for a week and then left it to settle...3 months later all dry....yours looks brilliant now 🌟❤️
Don't you mean a dehumidifier to take the dampness out of the walls? A humidifier would add dampness.
Dehumidifiers work amazing. I'm so happy my neighbor put a basically new one on the curb, scooped it up, right as my old one seems to have stopped working correctly.
Maybe they used a humidifier as part of the plaster process? I have no idea how plastering cures.

Hey Mr C nice to see you again. The tv in that hotel room was huge! Still it's probably great if you're not going out and want to watch your programmes while you're on holiday. You always have such nice taste in the shirts you pick out when you're shopping and you clearly know what suits you. Leeds is a beautiful city and I luv that the shopping arcade has that olde worlde feel to it with the architecture making it a great place to walk and browse on a sunny day. Looking forward to watching the renovation vids when they drop as I'm trying to reconfigure my home this summer so I'm sure I'll get loads of tips from you. I’ve never seen brown plaster. It’s grey in my parts. I get my cat a cooling mat. She lays on it all the time. They make them for dogs, but Periwinkle doesn’t care. 😆

Leeds is such a great shopping area. That’s also my nearest Anthropologie. The candle sounds amazing.

I’d recommend going to Cracker Barrel in Orlando for breakfast. It’s kind of country cooking and you wait on the porch in a rocking chair or have a look round the shop whilst waiting to be seated. Then I’d go to the Magic Kingdom during the day and DisneySprings at night.

Yes, lists are definitely good - I am a dedicated list writer and love ticking off those “done” jobs! Sorry, never been to Orlando, so can’t help you there. Hi Mr Carrington. Just catching up on videos and I thoroughly enjoyed it as always. You always cheer me up so thank you. Your house is looking great loving the new shelves. My favourite things in Orlando are Magic kingdom (I’m a kid at heart 😂) Epcot and shopping in the malls just actually love it all you will have a great time. I love a list I find if I write a list it actually motivates to do the things I need and love ticking it off and if I do more I add them to the list and tick them off how sad am I 😂😂. I wish you had your own programme on tv it would be so good to see you giving house cleaning, decluttering and organising advice I could watch that every night. Have a lovely day and a great week ❤️
I had heard that before infact one of my sons was off work recently with his mental health, hes got ADHD too so got very board very quickly so i was making him lists and he was loving it, especially as he was ticking things off. Great video as always. I did see that video with Helen I loved it xx

I love a list. To be honest at my age if I don’t write things down I tend to forget it. I agree it’s so satisfying to tick things off (or cross them out).
I was in Headingley last weekend visiting my daughter, always entertaining to see the Ottley Runners out and about, some lovely charity shops there too

I've been "Spring/Deep Cleaning" the last week.. washing all blankets, cushion, sofa, bean bag covers, curtains, bathroom rugs etc because they dry quick in the summer
heat/sun.
I never Spring Clean in Spring because all the trees cover everything in yellow pollen until end of May.
Love the dragons in the iron framework in the Kirtgate Market.
Mrs. Hinch started me doing lists and ticking them off in her Activity Journal book (think it was called that) very satisfying. Leeds looks really lovely - great mix of old and new. Enjoyed the vlog as always ❤
The cat cards would be great framed.
I used to travel a lot for work so started packing a handy cutlery kit for shop-bought meals when I didn't fancy going out to eat. I got caught out the first couple of times!
