  • Jaysen (@Ezeekat) and Kasey (@brain_in_a_jar587) sat down to demo The Elder Scrolls: Betrayal of the Second Era. In part 3 of their demo they went to the caverns below Stormhold, eavesdropped on some baddies, and attempted to get an important book.

A little bit of Leeroy Jenkins going on here, running ahead and aggroing three rooms at once. :)

Very interresting demo, thank you everyone. At 12:20 they must place a new room to explore, there are multiple combinations and some will result in an almost totally adjacent tile. I think that there is a bit of lack of visibility (especialy when tokens are covering icons) of where are doors and where you can actually move when tiles are adjacent one with another. This will probably result in errors and the need to take off tokens to see where are walls, where are doors ?

Is there a rule in which you must RUSH through a delve? It seems a little easy if you don't, an a little tough if you do. Pausing to clear fatigue would be easy, and rushing through multiple rooms seems deadly.

There is no rule that says you must rush through one but you can’t go too slow either. After round 6, you start gaining one black fatigue dice each round. These can’t be cleared using your cooldown and do true damage each turn. So, that puts you on a timer. They had a lot of shards to collect and where not seeing many initially so they tried to pick up their pace.
