I will definitely make this recipe very soon. Me and my husband love rose flavored drinks and desserts. My husband was born and raised in Iraq so he’s very used to it but I was born and raised in USA and my family wasn’t a fan of the flavor. Sometimes when I want something fast, sweet and have the taste of rose water I’ll mix rose water in vanilla ice cream. It’s amazing and I hope you’ll try it.
I have had rose petal tea and found it refreshing. When I was in England last April, we had rose lemonade with our lunch. It was delicious!

Hi Sarah. I think you and Gabriel are truly AWESOME. Just bought the first three books in your series. I've seen you on several interviews and I have to say that you possess a poise and grace VERY much needed in society today. When I was young ( I'm 63 now) I was looking at photos from the 1880's. They could see I was visibly upset, they asked what was the matter. I replied " I want to go back!!!! " Hope you guys are well. Stay safe. Oh almost forgot...HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

Happy belated birthday! I recently have become interested in the Victorian era, myself. I'm also interested in Iroquois history (seeing as how I am a quarter blood Seneca myself), and I'm hoping to dive further into the Victorian era to see how an Iroquois Indian might have lived back then, and possibly making a period-style Victorian era Iroquois regalia. Obviously, you and Gabriel are big inspirations for me.

Happy Birthday!!! My Nonna used to make little rose flower sugar cookies and then put cooked white icing on them. We would eat them about once a week in the spring and summer.
Indian markets also have rose flavoring

I always find it sad that the US no longer seems to have a taste for rose or currants.
I've found floral flavorings in the baking section where other flavorings are at Walmart; my local supercenter has it. So if you have a large one try checking there. You might get lucky even at a smaller Walmart.
Check the international section as well. Recently I found it there rather than the other section.
