Easy Egg Roll Recipe | Chicken Egg Rolls

Chicken Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
Ground Chicken
Green Onion
Napa Cabbage
Carrots
Egg Roll Wrappers
Sugar
Flour
Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Minced Garlic
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Sriracha
Honey
Red Pepper Flakes
Directions:
1. Slice Napa cabbage, peel and grate carrots, and finely chop green onions
2. In a skillet, add ground chicken
3. Season ground chicken to taste with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
4. Add veggies to the skillet with chicken and stir for 5 minutes
5. Place chicken and veggies in a bowl
6. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, and 1 tbsp of sugar
7. In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of flour, and slowly mix in water until you get a gooey consistency
8. Add egg roll mixture to wrapper, push one end towards the other end, fold in corners, apply flour super glue, and roll
Tip: we recommend placing egg rolls in the freezer for 10-15 minutes
9. Fry Egg Rolls, 350 degrees for 3 minutes, allow egg rolls to cool, fry again, 350 degrees for 3 minutes
Sauce
1. In a pot add 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of sriracha, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and 1/2 tbsp of red pepper flakes
2. Allow sauce to simmer, 2-3 minutes
3. Enjoy!
