(Chicken Egg Rolls Recipe)
For Chicken
1 Pack Egg Roll Wrappers
1lb Ground Chicken
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Ginger
2 tsp Garlic
1/4 Cup Onion (Grated or finely chopped)
1 tsp Kosher Salt (or to taste)
1/2 White Pepper (or to taste)
(For Coleslaw Mix)
1-2 Cups Coleslaw Mix
1-2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1-2 tsp Sweet Chili Sauce
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp White Pepper (or to taste)
*Fry in vegetable oil at 350°F for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
**Let the egg rolls drain and cool for a few minutes before eating as they will be hot on the inside.
*As a substitute for the eggwash, mix 1 Tbsp cornstarch with 3 Tbsp water.
*If you desire to bake the egg rolls, lightly coat egg rolls with cooking spray or vegetable oil and bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

Is the wrapper not hard? Our very own filipino wrapper were soo thin if we fry it just amazing.. when i use nasoya why it gets soo hard.

Fun fact licking the dough works a whole lot better than egg wash.
