I love that you've stepped outside of the "traditional" cookbook. We don't have to depend on others--on CZcams or in restaurants-for foods we love. This is like Sol with soul!
This video probably made my mouth water the most. Dang ur cooking just kills me. I wish I could eat your cooking. I watch ur videos just to learn but you always go to the extreme of perfection which is too expensive and time consuming for me. It's so expensive trying to keep all these ingredients and different foods in my kitchen. I have 2 full size fridges and a 7.4 freezer all loaded. I keep improving every day but you seem to be like the black gorsnd Ramsay you seem to be able to cook everything. I try to improvise and do what I can with what I got. All I can say is my knowledge and cooking keeps getting better with these videos. Thank you for dedicating your hard earned knowledge!
I love the way AB can really explain very clearly and emphatically on every recipe especially this one on folding the egg roll like an envelope. As a very experienced cook, I totally agree with you bud. This guy knows his stuff.
This is on my menu tonight along wth his new shrimp and Bacon Spam fried rice recipe for dinner tonight, along with a salad.
His recipes have made me a better cook for my boys, they always ask me what AB is cooking every week, or AB made this huh?.

No do not cook before freezing...and thaw them before frying...and im the springroll queen so i am qualified to answer..lol
