  • Types of Vitamin C For Skin can be the changing factor for youthful skin as well as to fade acne scars and pigmentation. Vitamin C works great for acne hyper-pigmentation as well. Vitamin C helps build collagen, strengthen the skin, heal sun damage, fade fine lines and much more.
In this video I share details of the experiment I ran with different types of vitamin C derivates to see how different types of vitamin C can effect different skin conditions. I tried vitamin C serums with different derivatives.

Glad you find the content helpful. I have not used the powder personally. It is suppose to present the purest form of vitc direct to skin as it unfolds on the skin itself. It can be irritating though due to its percentage and I am not sure if that is worth it. Is there a reason you are considering the powder over other formulations?

For most part I've been wary of DIY skincare, but the ascorbic acid Powder from The Ordinary piqued my interest. Since I have some hyperpigmentation issues on my forearms, I was intrigued by the possibility of using the powder as a budget option for application on larger areas.
But I will keep what you have said in mind, I definitely don't want to cause more irritation to my skin.

This serum is truly one of the best I've tested from liittlextrra rice berry. I've been using it for over three months now, and it's not once made my skin irritating. I enjoy to place it on slightly damp skin after cleansing my face, then apply rice berry moisturizer. After that, I pat a few drops of evening primrose oil on top to keep my skin from getting dry. This routine works really well for me. Overall, this serum has exceeded beyond what I expected, and I believe it's excellent for anyone who needs to address dehydrated skin, dark spots, and signs of ageing.

I have some doubts on my serums, sunscreens and which I must add in my skin care..which I'm going to ask you now...I am in late thirties..but not looking like that...thats how my skin texture and body looks like, and my elder sister is more younger looking than me..she is in forty now...okay I am weatish yellow skin tone person, I have combination skin( t zone). I had a hormonal acne issues for few years..I went to dermatologist for many years..done few procedures for wrinkles, acnes and acne sars...thats all..but I know acne came back and skin discoloration happen if we are not caring about our skin and body..but I used the products only by doctors suggestions, like sunscreen, toner and antox vitamic etc.sometimes I don't care about serums and all if its over...that was my mistakes..but I use the products only if I'm going out...sometimes I do packs..not as regular routine...I was careless, now I'm following a good diet..included seeds ,nuts, fruits ,lemon, vegetables, fish, chicken all kind of protein nd fiber foods and supplements in my diet ..now my skin issues gone..but still some previous small scars are there on my cheeks and uneven skin tone problem will happen sometimes, I think it will also go if I'm doing any procedures, or if I'm taking good proper care.. I'm confused about vitaminc serum and sunscreen lotion. Im looking for glowy, radiance, even skin tone with vitaminc and also I'm thinking about to add minimalist retinoid in my skin care routine for other issues..is that okay for me..which is one will be suitable for my skin type? I already explained about my skin and all..or any other product I have to include in my daily routine..I have watched your retinoid suggested videos ,I think minimalist will be suitable for me..Is that okay or any other ? so which vitaminc serum I have to include in my skin care..? Please reply to me... expecting detailed reply. thank you.🙏

Amazing information..very well presented, i must say ur presentation skills are unmatched, simplest and easily understood..what are your thoughts on the Sugandha vit c. If one has massive skin concerns including pigmentation, uneven skin tone and sagging skin , which one to opt for above 40+ , recast , dermaco ,or detoxie..i hv recently found that minimilist has also come with 20% varient..so which one to choose is still confusing when all brands are coming up with better formulas and combinations.??

its best to start with higher percentage if you are not using retinoids. dermaco / recast / ecclat / minimalist 20%
if you are using retinoids then 5% to 10% is fine- minimalist / detoxie / pilgrims

Hi Kanika, you could try the vitc from Pilgrim as it has MAP FORM and that works well on stubborn pigmentation. But it also depends on the type of pigmentation. If it is hormonal or near the lips its harder to treat and def needs a dermat to look at it.
