KTM 200 SX Build Part 1- The Build

2004 KTM 200sx full build. This bike was purchased as running, but a leaky clutch slave cylinder turned into a cracked case. So, after a week of ownership, a case replacement was needed. I decided to go ahead and strip the entire bike, paint the frame, and fix any other issues along the way. The process took a while, but I had a lot of help from the family. - Tusk Engine Seal Kit
- Tusk Complete Gasket Kit
- Tusk Clutch Basket Tool (Broke the basket)

Late comment, but i had the same break on my KTM 200 XCW. Was tightening the inner clutch basket, and it broke the exact same way. Im cheap so I just left it, and haven't had any problems with it. Great video.
