@@danieledonelli4008 I use cones of different diameters to bend the sheet metal, but you can also use a sheet metal bender. I use 0.8 sheet metal but you can make it 1mm, it will be easier for you to weld. You can tig weld it if you prefer.
yo bro can u share how u got ur dimensions, u have like 19 cones in ur expansion chamber, like what equation or table did u use? the tutorial stuff out there are only up to 3-5 cones, from header to stinger. i see you started with a half circle through some magic and u circled around it, but how did u know? which part is acting the role of diffuser or baffle or belly and why that long? the angles mean a lot in two stroke expansion chamber for duration and size of wave and they have effects for scavenging at different times so how did u know u got a near good one to combine all these effects using that half circle u started at beginning?
Hello, no table is used. You can make as many cones as you want to make the exhaust but there will be more welding. The important thing is to maintain the total length of the exhaust.
