    I've been doing Jake's workouts for almost a month now at least 5 times a week and there's a noticable difference in my thighs and calves! I just can't believe how fast it worked

    This is really tough, but I LOVE Jake, he actually has you laughing when your body wants to cry. Plus side--no pushups for a nice change.

    Didn’t even look at the workout. I saw Jake Dupree and that’s all I needed to know! He is the truth!!! His workouts are so effective, fun, and creative. He makes you love getting killed! I love his energy and workouts. Please keep him. I’d love some more full body workouts from him. I do his 45 min workout 2-3 times a week. Please more Jake!!!

    I loved this workout! As a person who went to the gym pre-lockdown 4-5 times a week, this gave me the leg and booty burn that I missed so much! If you really push yourself and try to keep up with him, I promise you will be D O N E

    Didn't know I could HATE someone so much and LOVE them at the same time! Jake you sly fox! You did it again! I sure did miss Anna tho cuz she always struggles right there with me when he comes through. Come to think of it, maybe thats why she didn't show today lol. Love you Anna!! Keep it up guys.     BEST guest trainer on this CHANNEL! I LOVE how i was totally DRIPPING sweat and my heart rate was high but without high intensity, crazy cardio moves. This is the most intense leg workout I've ever done. And all of the different moves+pulses make this workout FUN!

    Did this not expecting too much (not sure why since it's Jake) and two days later, parts of my legs that I didn't know existed are sore!! This is such a good leg workout with a lot of new moves I have never done! I love the variety of exercises and love Jake :)

    I got my booty smiling. I love your personality!! I am so happy I found you on popsugar fitness. This was so hard but I got through it!! This is my 4th week of exercising!! I started out 10 minutes a day. This was my first 30 minute video and youre so entertaining. I am doing your strength training one tomorrow..

    I love it! ( and I love Jake). I started to follow his workouts because I needed some cardio in my training routine and I never get bored with him! This legs and booty routine It's not an easy one and I surely broke a sweat. As for everything consistency is the key and I have been doing this workout (and I hate to train my lower body) one or twice a week for a month now and I can surely already tell the difference!

    A lot of people said they love Jake DuPree's workouts here on PopSugar Fitness, so I decided to try one! This is my 1st time doing one of his workouts, and I absolutely love it! My legs were on fire, my booty was on fire, and I'm sweating buckets! Jake did not come to play! He means business! He was energetic, fun, and positive throughout the whole workout! I'm so glad I discover Jake's workouts! I can't wait to do more!

    I’m gonna do this workout 5x a week until it’s easy. This was intense! One of the only workouts that I felt the burn.

    Literally watching this is tears, because I’m ashamed of how out of shape I’ve gotten .. I used to be able to breeze through workouts, and I’m really struggling to get through this one without stopping every 30 seconds .. understandably it’s a difficult workout for the average person, but it’s really breaking my heart .. I can’t wait to come back to this when I’m in better shape, just to see how far I’ve come .. it’s hard not to get down on myself, but I’m definitely motivated to get back to my “in shape and eager to workout” self .. thank you for this video xx
