    Michael Carrick was a World Class player, it's a pity he's got the underrated tag to him. He would be that player the Ancelottis, Guardiolas would tweak their own system to stifle him.

      Might have been, key word is MIGHT, to keep Carrick at Spurs. Can't imagine that team going on a deep run. Had some players but they didn't have Modric, Bale, or Kane yet.

      Tottenham have actually been an unlucky team. If they won that game I’m pretty sure they would have got champions league football and not Arsenal in the 05/06 season.

    So, essentially, West Ham should've let Spurs win, I think is what Kieron Dyer the Second is saying. Sounds like when Steve Bruce expected the same back in the 90s when Man U only drew to West Ham last game of the season. The sense of entitlement on these pricks.
