- Here's a race I'd love to see done in reality - the fastest Ferrari of all time next to the fastest Ferrari road car of all time. To make things interesting, La Ferrari gets a monster head start.

I've realized that a lot of people have been confused by this video - I did not intend to have anyone believe that this was real-world footage! As noted in the description and now in the title, this is footage from Assetto Corsa on PC!

some experts say that the BAR Honda F2004 was even quicker but had a big handycap with its Michelin tyrees.
Those exterior sounds for the F2004 are pretty amazing, you can hear at end of straights it's ingame but apart from that very very good!

The sounds are really accurate. Especially the LaFerrari it's pretty incredible they captured the very distinct howl of that V-12.
We should "reset" the F1 to the year 2004...
And LOCK IT for good!

I bet its the new algorithm CZcams has implemented. It pops up as "recommended for you" for some strange reason.
Hey. My two cents: I've noticed every now and then CZcams starts heavily recommending something to its whole audience, for strange reasons. E.g., I recently started getting recommendations to watch this chick complaining about anorexia, and it was like EVERY time recommendations came up, there she was, until finally took the bait. And in the comments there were loads of people like me all saying "why the hell did this get recommended to me?" I'm an F1/motorsport fan, so this one wasn't so surprising. But either its deliberate, or a quirk of an algorithm, but YT chooses some vids for obscure reasons and heavily recommends them. Dunno if thats it here. Enjoy it! :-)

As far as I know, 3rd party mods will not be included in the console version. Only cars made by Kunos (aka standard AC content) will be in the console game.

While the F2004 Is a Formula 1 car...it's a pure stock race car builded Upon Reactivity and aerodinamycs (Is widely Know that F1 Cars use a Huge quantity of Dowforce to keep the Car in the track even in high speed turns)

This is on the Monza track? holy cow, great driving with the 2004! I have the PS4 version, and can't download many of the cars. So my best car is the Lotus Stage 1. I got an Ultra rare trophy the other day -- made it around the Green Hell in under 7:15

Guys this IS real. Every time you play Assetto Corsa there is a real life counterpart doing its thing in the exact same way you do it in the sim. Jeezus of course it's real.
Interested to know how your F2004 is set up. I can't seem to get mine above the 200mph mark in this sim.
AC is such a nice game, I get all the dlc's as soon as they are released.

A little misscalculating but very illuminating. Better picture will give when F1 will overtake the La Ferrari on the first lap.

Can you turn on the FXAA or something cuz it's really pixelated... I prefer 1080p nice quality, not 4k bad quality and low bitrate.

Joseph Stardust The F2004 is by ASR, and they ask for a €1.50 donation for access to it. It comes in the livery you see here as well as in the Marlboro branding. I mostly don't feature cigarette advertising on the cars for a few reasons, but it is available!
The best F1 mod (IMHO) is the Ferrari 2002.. Free at Racedepartment:

Install Winrar. Then download the car/track and open in Winrar. Drag & drop the content file of the F2002 (from winrar) to assetto corsa.
To find assetto corsa:
open C: drive - program files (x86) - Steam - steamapps - common - assettocorsa.
