If I had $1 for every time Watchfinder used a Speedy Pro as a thumbnail, I’d be able to afford a Speedy Pro 😂
and have change
Hey, they could’ve gonna generic with some Rolex
Which one? Hesalite or the Sapphire sandwich?
Moonswatch?
If I had £1 for every time Watch finder featured a Speedy Pro in the thumbnail... I'd still be broke, but with slightly less credit card debt.
I've wasted my life.
Damn, putting that Patek after the A. Lange & Söhne was nasty. Just different levels of movement finishing. And .5mm less thickness as well. Bad look for Patek.
Lange are so far ahead it is ridiculous.
The narrative pace is 👍Well done Tom!
My favorite is the Lange & Sohne
Very nicely done Tom! That said I think you have your own unique and slightly sarcastic personality which I’d love to see come through more. I’ll never forget ‘ribbed for your pleasure’ as a description for the aquaracer. Looking forward to hearing more!
Great list, great job, Tom. 💯
Tudor doesn't belong with the rest of the big boys. The 41mm was sneaked here with a Breitling movement camouflaged as a Rolex offspring. (Good for Breitling though!)
I thought Breitling movements were made by ETA
Miss out Heuer Monaco calbrie 11 Steve McQueen it turns heads and draws attention everywhere l go.
Yeah, hard to believe the iconic Monaco was left out.
Some great watches on display here. Cheers Tom and team 👍
The Breitling Premier and not on this list the Omega Speedmaster Racing (black dial) were my choice
The Tudor Chrono isn’t a Tudor inhouse movement. It is a Breitling inhouse movement. ;-)
True but improved on what Breitling shipped to them
The tudor two tones is sick
It’s 10 chrono watches guaranteed to impress. Not 10 chrono movements guaranteed to impress.
So many beautiful chronographs!! Would love if you could take a look at the Bramier Trilayer GMT. A really special watch that I really consider but would be cool to see a review!
Can you do a vid on Breitling super chronomat 44 thanks
What about the Junghans Meister Telemeter?
Can't deny how astonished am I of your shooting skills. It would be pleasing to see Cyrus Dice among your list. All the best.
Love the juxtaposition with the lower priced watches of the previous video.
Great work Tom and chums.
JLC was a surprise for me. It's similar to breitling & better in all the ways be it size or thickness..Well done JLC, well done 👏👏👏
great video!
Im not a chrono guy but i did get one chrono to check off that box. The tag heuer reverse panda glassbox carrera. Pretty happy with it. ❤
Seiko Flight master white dial - my personal grail watch ❤
Lemania 1873 is my favorite
All nice. I would add my Omega DeVille Chronoscope GMT, in rose gold, to the list. Co-axial calibre 3603, column wheel.
Nice. I own that too. I love it. But the Tudor BB "Panda" Chrono is the winner.
The BB is on the list.
Lucky to have Rolex, Omega, TAG and various others, but have to say that El Primero is rather handsome and beautifully designed.
VC Cornes de Vache and ALS Datograph. My grail chronographs.
The Tag Heuer 160th Anniversary looks so cool.
And I think it has the best power reserve out there, I haven’t seen anyone that talks about that robust movement. I hope watch find does! 🙏🏽
Some great choices Tom. If money were no object (it is) I'd love that JLC. For now I'll stick with my older Speedy. Another great video.
This is the perfect list bottom to top. (Or at least, the picks as I would make across the board). :)
Excellent choies all... this is why I don't yet have a chrono, can't decide. Some of those I can't afford, so that makes it easier. If the JLC came with a blue dial it might be over for me.
If money were not an issue, I'd go for the A. Lange, not the Speedy because I already have one.
Great job on the video and narration. Humour is a little more subtle than Andrew's, but it works for me. I absolutely love a snazzy chrono. The Breitling Datora haunts my dreams since trying one last year. I might just have to watch the video again for another hit
Love that Patek!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Like ‘em all. Aside the IWC: Sub dials at 6,9,12 & that squared off hour hand not for me.
That I.W.C. hits it for me. 🇨🇦👍
Nice one Tom! I think I'd take the Patek. Brave choice, I know. :)
Watchfinder please make video, the top 10 best panda dial Tachymeter 😮 request from Indonesia, thanks
“Who said a watch can’t be functional and look great?”
No one. Literally no one said that.
But good video 😉
its worth adding the Duometre chronograph to the list
Great watches. However, you forgot to mention the Longines Triple Calendar, column wheel chronograph with Moonphase. Though one of the most complicated yet beautiful watches...it's an amazing value at around $3,500.00 it is hard to beat. I own one in 40mm. It's dressy as well as sporty.
YAY it’s Tom! 🎉
That JLC is stunning. Got the Speedy.
What about the Longines Avigation BigEye Chronograph? Titanium or Steel, almost in-house movement, column wheel chrono, aviation cred, etc. Yet, no mention?
Tom, T4YC. There's alot of big watches here. The Speedmaster, looks large on everyone. Aren't there any medium chronos?
Seagull 1963
Breitling 💪🏻
all good choices
You are really coming into your own here. It's a pleasure to see. But you should consider laying off the anti big watch language. That Breitling is a gorgeous piece and it doesn't need to apologize for its size.
Except for the Tudor, there’s something compelling about every piece on this list
I’ll take the Patek please 🙏
I think the new Longines Conquest Chronograph should be on the list.
I dont know. Tom's pretty good but he's no Andrew...
The seagull 1963 is missing. The most affordable mechanical chronograph, with a great story to it
Seagull ST1901. Guaranteed to impress anybody who thinks chronographs must cost thousands to make.
I’d be happy with any of these on my wrist.
Zénith ❤️
That Breitling
Lebois & Co Heritage Chronograph
Tudor just released Fxd Chrono cycle.
😊
Great video :) For me, it's a Breitling Navitimer. I just love the overall look of it, as well as the functionality of the circular slide rule.
Don't send it to them for service will come back scratched up.
All beautiful watchs but just a bit out of reach at this time 🤔 I started my collection only 3 years ago, have only been paying cash for each watch, and now looking to purchase the Hamilton Inta-Matic Auto Chrono H38416541 blue dial panda. After that ill look to the Tudor 😎
Skipping the Hamilton will get you to the Tudor quicker though… 🤔
I have the panda version, and it is a gorgeous thing. In the real world, people don't compliment any watch I'm wearing, with the exception of the Intramatic on the mesh strap.
@@christopheromahony5526 Nice. I’ve thought about that Hamilton.
At £2K for a fly back chrono with a lot of credibility you have to consider Hanhart. The £200 Chinese 1963 chrono is worth a punt because there's nothing else remotely similar in price.
what about the cornes de vache?
The voiceover is getting better and better and better! Very nice. Well done. It is such an important and yet overlooked element of a presentation.
For example, I quit watching PBS science videos because I absolutely cannot stand the voiceover. I am sure the guy is great and a consummate professional but, my God, he has the most horrible Aussie accent. And I actually love Aussie accent. Not his.
Been contemplating the breitling premier b25 but not sure if the dial is not too crammed for being elegant. Also thickness a bit too much maybe.. anyone has ever seen it in reality?
I tired on the rose gold version of it at WoS. It looks spectacular and didn’t seem as thick as the measurements suggest BUT I’d go to an AD to try it on for yourself before pulling the trigger.
The Grönograph
Zenith/or navitimer
I love the Longines Bigeye chronograph - fab watch in my opinion
Excellent video.
For mechanics, design, history and value I think that the best isn't even mentioned . . . Hanhart.
I believe all of the watches here have in-house movements, unlike Hanhart who use Sellita and ETA
Lange
bro no Longines?
Alex Garland wears a Moonwatch
Sounds like the previous narrator after huffing helium.
Seems it gets harder and harder to find topics for the watch entusiast community. Although I count myself as a harrdcore one of these I'd go for a Casio EFV-550P instead. Cheers Tom!
Who said a watch can't be functional and look great?
I feel IWC itself 😂
Oh,, and by the way, may I shyly mention that I have quite a good voice - in case you need a new speaker for your team 😬😉
They don’t.
Any one will do. 😃
Tudor Black Bay "Panda" is the clear standout. Winner by far. And I own every other one of those watches. And more. The BB Chrono just does it all.
You own every one of those? I'm thinking this is sarcasm? The Tudor is literally the worst one of the bunch
What happened to the other British guy?
Ahhh...what's a watch video without the IBWC going on and on about a watch being bigger than 38mm. 😭😭😭😭
That's exactly my complaint. They need to let it go. Let the consumers decide. What does IBWC mean?
@@dr.kevinmoore8889 Itty Bitty Wrist Committee
Not the same without Andrew...
The voice is different. Who is the narrator?
Tom innit. You been under a rock for last month? 😆
He’s gotten so much better which I’m glad for
@@DevilGin is he still gonna be on andrew's podcast or have they gone their separate ways?
The channel still works! Chapter breaks please.
No way you are getting a Daytona anywhere close to MSRP. Minimum 2x or higher.
I dislike all of the shown models. And why wasn't there a navitimer and a speed timer on the list ?
Don't know what all the praise is about, this has all the charm of a grating shouty sales pitch about some obvious choices with no added value. I was willing to be patient, but this channel is going in a direction that I'm not interested in.
I love the old format. Andrew is no loss tbh
Why would you want to impress anyone with a watch?? What does that really say about you ?
Just the same content over and over again.
The great story telling and narration from the older videos r gone
Finally a video how it used to be.. Keep it up and cut the bullshit.
Impress who?
Grow real mate ... talking about watches or prestige items ? there is a difference ... I don't think you know what I am talking about ....
how's that tudor on the list it's 💩
Personally, I'd say Tom is definitely more watchable, more enthusiastic than Andrew. I couldn't finish Andrew's videos anymore... It's probably, I think, because he had lost his mojo and all became a routine, a cliche.👍
The Chronomaster sport lume is very bad. stay away
so just the swiss & german eh?? your channel has lost its charm to be honest..
