#BuiltToBirth - Jak na to + styl
"Our vagina was specifically made to do this" is the most reassuring sentence I need to hear and repeat. God bless you and thank you!
Except some people can get very severe tearing from birth. If people can do it naturally, then that is great! But, we definitely don't have it the easiest when compared with other mammals. We are passing an overly large head, through our very small pelvis. I don't agree with guilting or pressuring mothers to give pain free and naturally. So many don't have a choice and need to have c sections, and some can't cope with the pain. It doesn't matter how anyone gives birth, as long as the mother and baby are OK at the end. That is ALL that matters. And I hope no mother pressures themselves with this.
All true & a very good point, still her quote that vaginas are specifically made for this is factual & May be reassuring to hear
@@nothanks1239except that most times tearing is not the vagina’s fault but incompetent medical staff, I know from experience… and advocating for natural births is not guilting those who didn’t have that option
@@wendymtzc How is it the medical staff that caused the tearing? 🤔 Mother guilt is a real thing. At the end of the day, saying things like the above, does cause guilt. I just don't agree with glorifying one method of birth; we should be showing support to everyone and all their experiences, because it is so easy to trigger post partum depression with stuff like this. Hormones can really mess people up.
@@nothanks1239 we each are responsible of our own mental health, and educating women on natural birth is NOT guilting, let’s stop pretending that by educating on natural child birth we are seeking to offend someone… hospitals force moms to give birth on their backs, they know very little about providing adequate perineal support, they ask moms to push super hard (when most times this is not needed at all), practice unnecessary episiotomies, etc.
I had my baby daughter at home 13 days ago. It was a long labor, but I was able to ride it. The last four hours were the hardest, especially because I didn't realize I was at the end, so as it got a lot harder I thought I still had a long time left to go. The midwife only got here 10 minutes before my daughter was born. She came out with my first push. We had a birthing pool, which made that push a lot easier. My biggest takeaway from my labor is that I will never judge any person who gives birth. It's so hard - each person has my support however they birth. I'm also really grateful I was able to give birth at home.
Just here to remind every mother that the most important thing is that you and baby are ok at the end of the birth. Please don't pressure yourselves or feel guilty if the birth doesn't go as you planned; it's a small part to something much greater.
I’m in labor as we speak... your videos are helping me keep focused and calm so thank you! ❤️
I think I'm going watch her videos during my labour as well
Congratulations xx
GOOD LUCK MAMA!!!
@sillyme how did it go?
@@reginaayansola it went well for nearly 24 hours and I started to lose focus because my labor pains got so intense. By that point I was only 7cm and I was exhausted, so I got an epidural, took a long nap and had my baby girl 5 hours later ♥️
Thanks for all your video's Bridget. I watched a lot of them in the lead up to my daughters birth 3 weeks ago. I had a natural unmedicated birth and am glad I was so lucky (It was only 2 hours). The tips I had were: In the 3-4 weeks leading up to the birth I had weekly prenatal massage and acupuncture appointments, relaxed in the local heated gym pool with massage jets. On a daily basis, I was drinking raspberry leaf tea, taking evening primrose oil and on the day before the birth I diffused Clary Sage essential oils. When I went to bed that night I listed to a Hypnosis for Labour induction (for a girl) video on CZcams. That night I went into labour at 1.08am, I noticed that my waters had broken, woke my husband and called the hospital, they said to come in so and we got to hospital (via taxi) at 1.44am. The midwife met us at the doors and we went straight to the birthing room. She took my bloods and then checked me at about 2.30am and said "That's crazy, I see in your notes that you wanted an Epidural, but you're already 8cm dilated, there's not time for one, your baby will be here in 20 minutes". She offered me opioid based drugs which I firmly said "No thank you, I can do 20 min". And my daughter arrived at 3.11am. (4 days before her due date). A perfect little human! 2725g and 46cm. I was due to be induced a week later due to my diet-controlled Gestational diabetes.
I got goosebumps reading this!!! Congrats, Mama! And thank you for sharing the tips!
Your story is so beautiful !!!!!!!!!! And it gives me such hope. I love you, wherever you are!! And, PS CZcams is scarily Powerful! As a tool. Like, this, or the Labour induction video you saw... WoW. But over all, OUR BODIES are what is powerful, and amazing, and... sacred. Like the force of nature is.
Aleksandra Kirsons amazing thank you for sharing your experience that’s awesome your body did go in labor naturally without being induced.💪🏾🙏🏽👊🏽😊
Aleksandra Kirsons BEAUTIFUL birthing story 💞
Wow that's amazing congratulations. How did you use the primrose oil? I have the capsules.
I ve had several unmedicated births. I find prayer helps me the most. I will quite slowly say a prayer or have one i picked read to me.
Visualizing doorways i need to Walk through each time i have a contraction. I walk around a lot during labor.
Use of a warm bath or shower beating on my back. I got to 8 cm just by using the shower for pain management. They wanted to check me or i would if stayed longer in the shower ( and probably delivered there.
Having an internal conversation ,( positive) and keeping calm. I try to shut out the world and actually go into my closet and labor for awhile in there.
“I will allow this contraction to work through me”. I LOVE THAT!
Currently 23 weeks pregnant and the moment I started thinking about why I want to do this, I started BAWLING ❤️ I want a natural birth as a way to connect to the mothers in my family who have done natural birth, both whom I've met and all the way up family tree. It's something spiritual for me, to connect to my ancestors in a meaningful way. It's going to be an incredible experience and I'm really looking forward to it.
During a surge (aka contraction), I found it really helpful while standing to do clockwise circles with your hips to help pass the surge along. Also, I focus on releasing all tension from the rest of my body and taking long, deep breaths. I also went through the hypnobirthing class before my first birth and it’s helped me for all of my births.
I have had all home natural births for my 4 kids. It’s really amazing to be fully present and in tune with your body throughout the entire birth of your baby.
So Beautiful
1) Find the reason why you want an all natural/unmedicated birth (something that will stick with you during your labour).
2) Learn about your body’s anatomy & all the things it can do in order for you to have a baby.
3) The power of your mind over your body (mind is calm = body is calm)
4) Learn about the process of labour (helps you to determine how far you are in labour).
5) Have people in the room to encourage & advocate for you 🥰
Thank you so much! I had my second daughter a week ago unmedicated! Truly if it weren't for your videos I would have not done it. Was in active labor for 4 hours and let the contractions "work through me". I had no tears and my healing process has been 10x better than my first birth! Thank you!!
Hi! I had my first with epidural. I felt like I was handling contractions pretty well and asked for epidural at 8cm after 18h of active labor because baby was sunny side up. I got really tired. I’m trying to go natural this time. I think I can handle the contractions but I’m afraid about the pushing part. Do you really need to push? Or can you just breathe through your body naturally pushing?
@@alexleto9706 how did it go?
I was 9cm before asking for epidural with my 1st, everything was going so fast I got terrified at the last min.
My 2nd I wanted to enjoy labor so I got epidural at 5cm/6cm
Now I'm currently 13w5d pregnant with our 3rd and im watching and educating myself on everything so I can have an all natural labor and birth
Yes, God made our bodies for child birth. 🙌🏼 I’m currently watching this at 21 weeks with my 3rd baby. Labour is worth all the pain when you have baby in our arms! PRAISE JESUS! 💕
Psalm 139 is beautiful to read.
Also being upright makes you dilate quicker whether it’s walking or kneeling on your knees facing your partner or holding onto the back of the bed really opens things up
“In most cases the safest and best” I completely agree! That helped me so much, knowing that we’re built for this and God designed us for natural birth.
I just wanted to add one single comment about natural birth vs epidural/pain control. My first labor was *back labor.* By the time I was 4-5cm dilated, I gave up & got an epidural. It was and still is mind boggling how intense that pain was in my back and unlike belly labor- it remained, so my back hurt like it was being crushed the entire time and got worse during contractions.
In contrast, my last labor- no shorter I might add- 12 hours, was natural but all belly labor. I could manage it. It was very much like waves. But I got breaks in between and could manage it. Even at the most intense.
Just wanted to address the difference.
That’s encouraging because my last labor was allll back pain, even with the epidural, and I’m hoping to go natural this time around.
I had an unmedicated delivery with back Labor. I PRAY what you're saying is true, as I'd like another unmedicated labor but if it's the same level of TORTURE I'm BEGGING for the epidural lol. No such thing as surges, breathing, nothing. Just traumatic screaming for like 10 hours because there was no break in between.
THANK YOU! Making this distinction in so important! I passed out from the pain with back labour and an OP baby and could not birth naturally in the end.
I think it’s really important to start preparing your mind if you want a natural birth as early as possible (as soon as you find out you’re pregnant) and to speak those affirmations how you were made to do it through your your whole pregnancy :) great job mamas!
I’m due in 8 days and have watched so many of your videos, they’re all super helpful and has eased my mind so much more!!
Bridget...Thank you so much for being passionate to inform women to love their pregnancy-labor-postpartum and more. I found your channel days ago and I’ve learned so much about my pregnancy, techniques I can use and about baby. I feel more confident now!
I’m a first time mom going the unmedicated rout at a birth center in February 2020 super excited to apply some techniques I learned from your videos.
❤️
Thank you so much for your encouraging videos! I’m weeks away from meeting my baby girl and trying my best to get educated to bring her in naturally. Your videos have truly been a blessing💕 I now feel more prepared than ever!
Loved revisiting this. it gave me the strength to get through my first labor naturally and unmedicated. And now revisiting it, I thought it may be helpful to add a few things that helped that I didn't know! The monitor that they place on your belly tracks the contractions so you can visually see them on the screen for their duration, kind of like an earthquake monitor showing the length and intensity so you know when it's going to end. That was so helpful for me to watch as I breathed through each contraction. Another thing that my practitioner gave me was just regular IV fluids. I could literally feel the difference in my body when a bag would run out. The second they connected a new one, I would feel this rush of strength again through my body. Two big things I never heard or read about that helped me achieve mine.
I used to watch your videos when I was pregnant and prepping for an unmedicated birth. I amazingly was able to! thanks for your videos and others who shared their experiences. so exciting - congratulations!
I’m 36 1/2 weeks pregnant and I have been beyond stressed about labor and the pain I’m about to endure in a few short weeks. Your videos have helped me so much, along with my fiancé. We watch them together and it’s been such a good learning experience with it being our first baby.
How did it go?
I'm 34 weeks pregnant today, starting to feel nervous, I'm so glad I found your channel, thankyou ❤
Just want to say watched this video a year ago in preparation for my daughter's birth & ended up having a completely natural birth as a result. Thank you love your channel
I delivered 2 of my kids naturally but i still need to watch this kind of videos to do this again!
Thank you for posting these videos and podcasts. It's a relief hearing positive stories and affirmations regarding pregnancy and everything surrounding it. I keep hearing so many horror stories and hate towards pregnancy and child-rearing to the point where I've been terrified of getting pregnant. Your videos are slowly helping me understand the process and how it's nothing to fear and to believe in my body's abilities and mental fortitude. Please keep up the good work and thanks again!
I'm on my 3rd birth (due any day now) and you are my #1 source for labor tips every time! You had a huge impact on my 2nd going so much better than my first. It really is a mind game!! The biggest things that helped me is knowing the phases of labor, breathing, and relaxing. I had my husband manage relaxation for me as I was in labor by helping me unclench my fists/jaw, push my shoulders back if I was shrugging, and breathing with me. It helped a ton. And the moo breath is everything!
You are so motivational. I got hooked on your videos recently. I had a baby during COVID and had to forgo my doula because of the hospital requirements. You help women, especially like myself (first-time mamas) to feel confident in their delivery - no matter what the type. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
I’m 39+2 today - really appreciate your calm and logical explanations, thank you 🌸💗
Your videos are the best pregnancy, and childbirth videos online, in my opinion. Your personality and how you speak to people is really helpful. Thank you so much.
I gave birth last night and I searched for videos of breathing exercises the day I started having contractions and happen to watch yours. The breathing really helped. I used mostly the long inhale and exhale then the J breathing towards the end. Not gonna lie there was still a ton of pain but the breathing made it manageable. 3rd baby but first time non medicated. Your video was a life saver! Keep spreading the word mama!
I love your vdeos, I always feel so strong and brave, “I can do it” attitude after your videos. 😊
your videos have given me so much confidence with this entire process. I'm due in about 4 weeks and I was so scared but now I'm excited and ready to bring my baby girl into the world! thank you so much!!!
I love your honesty! You’re gorgeous! Your words are very encouraging . This is my second pregnancy, and I’m older and more wiser and I really want to bring my baby into this world naturally 💕
Dan said you would get 434566777
My daughter was born 4 days before yours! The most reassuring thing to keep reminding myself was that my body was made for this!
You are the first person I have watched on the internet that makes me wish I had a doula. You seem so real and honestly not cheesy. Sometimes when I watch videos of doulas they make me roll my eyes because they are so cheesy.
I just want to say how proud I am of all the mamas to be for going through labour without pain relief. I did it four times starting in 1974 and had 2 placenta previas also. I had little support and was scared by the pain the first time even with having learned some breathing techniques. The other 3 were hard but satisfying. And what a fabulous gift after!
I'm 33 weeks pregnant (second baby) and this video was really helpful.. Thank you x
With my first, I felt like I just wanted to rewind the clock 9 mths and suddenly not be pregnant. That's the extent of how much I was fighting pushing. Until I realized there wasn't a damn thing I could do to stop it. And here I am 9 mths pregnant again.
Haha. Ya I tried to get my mom to pick me up during a contraction , and she was smart enough to leave me at the hospital.
This is SO encouraging! There is so much daunting and scary information out there that gives anxiety. You’re bringing birth back to the basics of how we as women are built and how we are stronger than we think.
You are so right. I thought “information is power” and started researching, but all those scary information out there made me want to kill myself (I’m already struggling with bad pregnancy depression). I don’t know why people feel like they must put so much negativity out there, it helps noone.
But these videos help so much!
Hope you have or had a good experience:)
My last couple births ( I'm pregnant with #7) having them check me caused me to go into panic mode. As each time despite being in immense pain I hadn't progressed much. I almost got my first epidural with my sixth child when they checked me and I was only at a 4 but having the worst contractions. Thankfully my husband saw that I was further then I thought, and my nurse was great and realized I must be progressing quickly so she checked again and I was at an 8 ( about 15 min after being checked at a 4)
I've learned with my body not to trust the numbers but the pain level. If I feel like I'm having transition contractions, then I am, even if the numbers don't agree.
sarah s Had the same experience with my new baby a few days ago. Came in and was told I was 5 cm and I just felt like the contractions were comparable to the transition contractions I had with my first baby. An hour after we arrived my second girl was born:)
Your videos on labor/birth are so comforting and helpful, thank you🥰❤️
I’m 37 weeks and really wanting to have a natural water birth, Love your video ❤️
Thank you so much for sharing! Love the comment about the orange through the nose- a real game changer for how I view my own body! 🍊
In on my 4th pregnancy still scared but I believe I can make it again
Thank you for all great videos.
I had my daughter August 27th 2019! I’m watching videos now for my daughter I’m due with in June this year.
I love how she calls us mamas. 💕 I'm pregnant with my first. These videos are amazing and helping me with all my fears so much. I'm binging your entire channel.
Thank you so much for your videos. I have just come across your channel and it is honestly so helpful for me preparing as a first time mum.
The key is to stick with it, yes you can do it! Have a good support group. Make goals for your labor, it's ok to prove your self and others wrong, don't listen to those with horror stories, listen to your midwife or OB, learn about your body's ques. I went in with a plan and stuck with it no matter what others kept suggesting!
wow, thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience--birthing is such an intimate experience; really appreciate you sharing your stories. It is very empowering and inspiring.
Thanks for speaking to this. I don't think it's talked enough...labor and delivery is fully trusting your body that it will do what it needs to do. Trust in your body. This will relieve the stress of labor and the unknown, especially if it's your first baby.
Love your channel so uplifting and informative. Education and a good support system make a world of a difference
I had a vaginal unmedicated birth. It was painful but I just kept repositioning myself, breathing and imagining a week in the future when my pain would be gone.
I am 18 weeks and due January 21! So excited I found your videos. I am a ballet dancer and know the power of the mind along with the body very well. And I know I was drawn to your way to motivating and thinking because that’s where I need to keep my mind focus for these next 5 months. I look forward to watching all your other videos ❤️
I’m due a couple weeks after you! We can do this!!🙌🏻♥️
Please view CZcams videos; 'Evra's unassisted home birth', 'Full Natural Childbirth Delivery | Obstetrics' and 'She's here!!! Pudendal nerve block was good for my wife. Thankyou.
I think the only thing you didn't mention i think was the breathing technique. You did a full video on breathing techniques and I fully utilised your technique while giving birth last year, and definitely will do the same technique again this year. It helped me sooooooo much throughout my labour, I literally was able to stay at home for most of my labour, and when I got to the hospital I was already 9cm dilated. So within the next hour I had my baby in my arms. So thank you sooooo much for the video. It really helped me 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I'm in my second pregnancy and you are so right when you said our body knows exactly what to do. And after an unmedicated birth at the hospital, I totally understand why some people want a home birth. I feel like all the hospital staffs the constant monitoring of the baby is a distraction for when you are trying to focus on the baby and the birth. It's almost like you are praying or meditate and someone is disturbing you.
Happy first birthday to her! Watching this in preparation for my little girl coming in 2 weeks!
I’m 26 weeks pregnant & I have the same reason for wanting a natural birth. My mom has both my brother and I naturally in 5 and 7 hours. I also know that our bodies are made to do this. I do realize that labor is the hardest thing in probably going to in my life but I have faith in myself
Honestly the hardest thing is after labor, when you're care taking for your newborn, you're exhausted and sleep deprived, and adjusting to a new way of life. It's ongoing and relentless, but absolutely amazing.
Pregnant with my first baby! due in February! your videos have been so helpful and encouraging!
I plan on having a natural birth and I'm so excited!
underedenxx me tooo! I am due feb 5th!
@@vivianli5498 congratulations! I'm due Feb. 8th! I keep watching these vlogs to pump myself up! Lol I'm hoping to bring this little girl into the world unmedicated, some of these women make it look so easy!
underedenxx let us know how it goes! All the best xx
@@missay4959 thank you! 💖 (if my husband doesn't pass out lol) hopefully he will get a video I can upload, i have really appreciated all the women who went to the trouble of sharing their experience, i think it really does help new moms get prepared!
I'm due in February also! Feb 4th. and I'm doing the exact same thing. Just trying to research as much as possible to prepare for D Day lol
I want to go naturally. I'm a nurse and after tons if research, I've concluded that it's the best option.. if possible. Good luck in your pregnancies, ladies!
I love your videos.
I’m so glad I’ve found them.
So far I have had 3 pregnancies (2 bio - currently 34 wks with the 2nd & 1 surrogacy) & each one I feel I am bettering/mastering.
I’m being patient with myself, I am not committing to an unmedicated birth, but I want to see how far I can push my mind and body. If it doesn’t happen this delivery, I’m hoping by my last child I will be able to go through it 100%.
I’m on number 2 & I want 4! Haha
Finallyyy the best video i watched for strong labor 👍👍👍
You are seriously glowing and have such a natural beauty! Love your channel! I’m due August 30th with my first baby and this is so helpful!
How did your delivery went? Hope you are recovering by now..
Soooo encouraging! These videos are so helpful in learning about my body. I am inspired and motivated to do what my body was meant to do. Thank you for sharing your experience. 😭😭😭
This was really helpful. Thank you so much for being really transparent and informative. Due in less than 2 weeks.
I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my first baby and super nervous about everything. Your videos are reassuring and helpful!
At 4:54 you said learning about your anatomy helped prepare you for an all-natural unmedicated birth. Do you have a video about this? If not, I'd love to see a video where you explain all about the anatomy you described and how they work together during labor and birth! :)
I am just waiting around to go into labor at this point. This video makes me feel better.
Thank you for all the tips! Such a special story ❤️
I am from the Philippines and I love your videos! 💞
Unmedicated is the best in my opinion I’m having my third baby both my kids were born without epidural or any medication and I find that both my labour went very fast and this is the only reason I don’t want epidural or nothing because baby comes really quickly
How is the pain when doing it unmedicated?
@@makeuppurgatory3413 the contractions hurt it's labor you feel the pain more in the contractions then pushing. Also if you have a bigger baby the crowning can be painful but women are strong a lot of women give up because as your dilated more like let's say 7 to 8 cm those contractions are deeper then the ones that just come when you start to notice it that your in labor for example if ur water breaks or if not but u still able to move around but you notice ur getting small contractions. Honestly it's the best like my oldest daughter was bigger so the crowning was painful but my youngest was smaller so I didn't even feel the crowning. As your labor goes more into the 7 to 8 contractions that's when you feel those deep contractions pain. And a lot of women get the epidural at around 5 to 6 maybe we can even say 7-8 cm dilated because that's when they say fuck this it's hurting a lot
Thank you!!! This video is honestly lovely & amazing. All the tips are incredible but i especially love the ‘mind’ one. I’m going to keep my mind at peace, so my body is. I’m getting induced in 4 days & I’m really hoping my body goes into natural labour. Congratulations on your little one ❤️
Bohemian Soul hope it was a natural labour. Congratulations 🥳
Kesavadhini Dewi Aww thank you, no i has an episiotomy & forceps, but it was still just lovely. He’s 3 weeks & 5 days old now 💓
I think you brilliantly explained why unmedicated natural birth is the safest and best way to go!
I’m a first-time mom & I’ve been 3cm since Tuesday, and it is Friday now. I needed this video to reassure me that I could do this. I am timing my contractions now and this video has helped me calm down! My body is made to do this. Thanks a lot! And I’m doing the breathing techniques from your other video as well!! God bless you. ❤
Hey how did it go? Are you okay?
Thank you for this video
Thank you for doing this video, so helpful. My baby girl is due on 2nd Oct, our first child. I want to give birth as naturally as possible. Watching this and other videos like it make me feel more positive ☺️
Consume as many positive birth stories as you possibly can! Fill your mind with the stories you want for yourself and your birth!

I love your videos on natural and unmedicated births!
Your videos are the best! Thank you!
Congratulations! I was blessed to have had an in medicated birth and I labored intensely for only 2hrs! It was crazy! I am grateful to have studied much of your content to help me prepare
You are so pretty naturally holy! U look beautiful even during ur delivery and labor
I’m 14 weeks. Due in August.
I’ve been through so much in life. I’m 5 years sober from drugs and alcohol. Getting sober was THE hardest thing I’ve ever done and for me, giving birth is similar to that. I am very in tuned with my body and my mother had 4 children naturally, I know I can do it. I do ant to prove to myself that I can do it and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. This is my rainbow baby I lost a baby in October that I never got to give birth tho. That is another reason I want to naturally birth this child! I also believe God made our bodies for this purpose and I am actually very excited to birth! I am not afraid of the pain, I’m more afraid of something going wrong and am working on fighting that fear.
I praise you and admire your courage. You will be totally able to do it!!!! Just believe in yourself. Nothing has any reason to go wrong. (

: the natural, un-problematic, rapid, FIRST TIME MOM home birth.
Her prenatal yoga totally BADASS course. (From all the other yoga teachers I follow on CZcams, I have seen NONE to have had such a PERFECT, problem-free natural birth - in any case not for their FIRST baby, whereas in Brett's case, she did.) So I would recommend to do her course instead of any all of the prenatal yoga courses there are out there.

I even post you a comment posted by one of the users of the course: My rainbow baby boy came into this world this morning at 6:39am! I don’t know what I would’ve done without this program! I was able to birth naturally and unmedicated. Thank you, Brett.

I am so proud of you! Wow. I’m slowly gaining courage to want to do natural. I’m 34 weeks. And your msg kind of helped boost that urge! Thank you! 😊 and congratulations 🥰🥰
Congrats on your sobriety and pregnancy ❤️ I'm due Aug 4th and this is our rainbow baby as well! I feel the same way. My husband is about 10 years sober from drugs and alcohol and lately it's something that I've felt encouraged by. If he has been able to be clean for so long with God's grace then I can definitely endure a few hours of pain to have our baby 🥰
I pray everything is going well for you. Congrats again Mama ❤️ stay strong. You're amazing.
This video is great, I need to come back to this.
Love you. I m a vbac mama and your videos are really encouraging me.
This has been the most helpful video to me about preparing for an unmedicated childbirth. I love that you mention it being a “mind game.” If I can wrap my head around it, then I can do this! I just have to let my body work and follow along and support myself through it. Thank you for your videos! ❤️❤️
Oh, an update!:
I did have a natural birth! They gave me a small dose of fentanyl to ease my back labor (his head was sticking out of my pelvis, the labor nurse could feel it from the outside!) but I did not have an epidural. I was able to birth the way I wanted because of the things I learned watching your videos! Thank you 🙏
Congratulations to you! What learning and prep materials did you use?
Bless you....!
Great video and lesson!! Thank you! -28 weeks
I accidentally had an all natural and unmedicated birth. Labor was 5 hours. Didn’t have time for medicine 😂
I have had one birth with an epidural and 4 unmedicated births. I completely agree that it is mostly a mind game!
Wonderful video. Thank you so much for sharing.
I’m due in July & I’ve been leaning on natural birth my mom had all 6 of us natural and I just keep saying I’m going to do it too 🙏🏾🤞🏾
I’m due in July also but with my second child. With my first I went all natural and what helped me get through was knowing my mom went all natural with all 5 of her kids. I’m hoping to also go all natural again the second time around❤️ goodluck to you!
Jaylene Marie You’ve done it once I’m sure you’ll be able to do it again ! 🤞🏾 & that’s just where the strength will come from I guess thinking of how our mothers did it. But Thank You 😊 same to you!
Same here! I'm due July 28, 2020 and my goal is to labor at home as long as possible and arrive at the hospital with just enough time to push her out! Definitely going to try my best to have an unmedicated natural birth 👶❤
Stephanie M. Yes ! That’s the goal stay home as long as you can , good luck to you !
Cypreiana you got this!! 💗
Thank you for this video. My partner and I are currently trying to conceive what would be my first child, he has children from previous relationships. I came across this channel and so happy. I live in Spain having moved from the UK last year. I prefer a natural birth wherever possible, Spain typically does not have options for gas and air just epidural. I really don’t want epidural or c section if I can help it. In my mind I feel like I am strong and I can get through it. I hope that my mindset and continuing to learn and also watching your videos will help me when the time comes and I am lucky enough to have my own baby. Thank you for your fantastic videos.
Had a WONDERFUL birth! Thank you for all of the tips/suggestions. ❤
The high that I felt after a natural unmedicated deliver will never be matched
This was very healing to hear thank you
This video is inspiring. Thank you
Thank you for your videos! I’m 36 weeks and have been watching all your videos to prepare! ❤️
I wish I live in a country where having a doula, a great support team, partner at birth and basically having your feelings and fears respected is a normal thing.
Here, they just induce you, put you on a table and bark commands at you. No questions, nothing. This is my first pregnancy and I'm due soon. Trying not to panic cause I know I'll do it and I'm not that afraid of the pain, but being 'alone' makes me anxious ...
Great video! ❤️
So happy i found your channel! you are so calm and get to the point in all of your videos :) i'm giving birth to my 3rd child soon my due date is christmas day! i had two epidurals in which they did not work for me at all and i felt led me to complications so this birth i will be going natural all the way yet i'm so scared even though i felt like my other two were natural but i wasn't prepared for those two so im hoping all of your videos can help me get prepared for this 3rd baby :)
LIVING LICON I’m due with my third on the 26! How are you doing? I also had two previous epidurals. This time I want to stay home as long as possible.
I am due in 8 weeks and have been watching so many of your videos trying to prepare myself. I have a question, Did you consider birth centers vs hospital? I just started looking into that and maybe wishing I would've went with a midwife and birthing center instead.
