Hey Bridget. I’m here to tell you that I’ve given birth 2 days ago just 5 hours of labor! My plan was to give birth in the hospital so with the help of your videos, i used breathing techniques to survive until 9 cm dilation AT HOME!! When I reached hospital I was ready to deliver baby and my son was born 1 hour Later ❤💯
A MASSIVE THANK YOU FOR Inspiring me to have such a natural and positive birth experience. It was so natural I couldn’t believe it ❤❤

I had my second VBAC about a week ago.
      * My first VBAC was unmedicated, at home. I had a midwife. Drank a lot of raspberry leaf tea and consumed dates. That hurt. 2 minutes of pushing. But I didn't tear.
*Second VBAC was 4days of being stuck at 8cm dilated. Went to the hospital because I couldn't handle it anymore. Got an epidural, and had baby 30 minutes later. 4 minutes of pushing. Very small tear.

You got this it may get intense and pain full that's when u know baby is coming . Make sure u have a great support person cuz some time you're going to give up and say gimme that epidural and that's totally normal but that's the time u know it's transition and fully dilated cuz that pain is unbearable but afterward u just want baby out and that takes away the focus on the paint . Hi Bridget! I had my baby 2 months ago through a natural birth and I watched your videos religiously up until it was time to deliver. Your breathing technique videos really helped me prepare and feel confident for my natural birth. Seeing you in pain in the video took me back to my labor pain and I must admit, I am still traumatized with the whole experience, but your videos really really helped get me through my pregnancy. When you asked “is she here” in the video, my baby woke up crying at that exact moment and it just made me smile cuz I felt proud that I had gone through that pain and had my baby in my arms. I remember how afraid and nervous I felt when my 9th month started. But I kept repeating what you say, “your body was made for this, to give birth.” And I just can’t thank you enough. You are changing lives!
Please keep doing what your doing. Also I love how supportive your husband is in this video with helping you get through labor. Looks like you’ve taught him well!

This makes me cry every time I watch it. With the birth of my son, when they told me his head was born, I panicked and thought I had to keep pushing even though the contraction was over. No one told me differently in the moment. It was so good to see that it's ok to pause and recenter a little bit before finishing the birth. I believe between that and being on my back (against my wishes), those factors contributed to my fourth degree tear. I'm expecting baby number 2 now and trying to learn even more to avoid that trauma again.

Oh my goodness! I cried watching you push Ava once last time and to hear her cries, while you held her in your arm 😭😭😭 congratulation Bridget on the birth of your daughter. She is a beautiful baby and a speedy recovery to you and baby as well. Thank you for sharing this magnificent moments with us ❤❤❤
