NATURAL BIRTH IS ACTUALLY HEALTHY FOR MOMS and BABIES
Letting birth happen naturally, without intervention is not just a goal for some moms, it's ACTUALLY healthier for Moms and babies.
✅ Learn My FREE Foundational Tips for a Happier, Healthier, & Easier Birth - www.builttobirth.com/free-mini-birth-class/?el=yt
Have you ever heard someone tell you that a natural birth or birth with no epidural or other interventions is flat out crazy? Maybe you've thought that same thing yourself! In this video, I'm telling you all about labor and delivery and why it's actually GOOD for moms and babies when we leave things as alone as we safely can.
In this video, we talk about how common interventions like epidurals, induction of labor, and c-section can pose short and long term challenges and why avoiding them unless completely necessary makes labor happier, healthier, and easier.
⭐️ Don't want to use an epidural but worried about the labor pain? Learn how to trust, relax, and allow labor to unfold with THE BUILT TO BIRTH ONLINE COURSE: www.builttobirth.com/?el=yt

I'm so happy to see it works for so many of you. Unfortunately, despite I've been using this relaxation for two weeks now, my baby is not coming yet. I'm at 41+3 now and can't wait to experience birth. I've tried midwive's brew too, had contractions but stopped. This baby doesn't want to be born yet, I need all my patience right now to give him the birth experience he deserve ❤

Two breastfed infants, aged 15 and 20 days, were admitted to the hospital for a reported lack of weight gain in the previous 7 to 10 days, caused by "difficult feeding". The parents reported restlessness and vomiting during the past day. One of the mothers also reported feeling drowsy and weak. On examination, the infants were afebrile but had hypotonia, lethargy, emesis, weak cry, poor sucking and weak responses to painful stimuli. Infant laboratory values, electrocardiograms and blood pressures were normal, and septic work-ups were negative. Both mothers had both been drinking more than 2 liters daily of an herbal tea mixture reportedly containing licorice, fennel, anise, and goat's rue to stimulate lactation. After the mothers discontinued breastfeeding and the herbal tea, the infants improved within 24 to 36 hours. Symptoms of the affected mother also resolved rapidly after discontinuing the herbal tea. After 2 days, breastfeeding was reinstituted with no further symptoms in the infants. Both infants were doing well at 6 months of age. The authors attributed the maternal and infant symptoms to anethole, which is found in both anise and fennel, but not goat's rue; however, the anethole levels were not measured in breastmilk, nor were the teas tested for their content.[8] google it

I missed my period but I just graduated and have not been on a regular sleep schedule. I pulled all nighters and have been getting near to no sleep every night. I got incredibly irritable two days before graduation, and generally felt achey and gross and slightly nauseated on some days. Edit: the kind of feelings I only get when I have been on my period. By that I’m referring to is the hormonal irritation you get the day before but then I had experienced no bleeding. I can’t tell if my bodies reacting to the lack of sleep or if I’m pregnant. Kind of fatigued and having a sick ish feeling. I have undergone a lot of stress this year with the grief of my mother, loosing and gaining friends repeatedly from moving, and nearly loosing my mind as well. I have a plethora of other family, dating, and relationship issues to think about. It says missing your period can be stress induced and I have never had sex with my boyfriend but we virtually have done everything else you can do. Soooo there’s that. I can’t tell if it’s pregnancy somehow and we just didn’t know or if I’m just stressed and sleep deprived. But it’s saying I have a lot of the early symptoms. Any advice on what to focus on? I’m only 18 and my relationship with my dad is aggravating. If my mom were still here I’d tell her all this right away but there’s no one else I actually trust like that. Mostly asking for advice on what to do with myself if I’m pregnant. I at least know I want kids and I want to marry my boyfriend just not right now…

Look, labour hurts. I have given birth four times, each time was different but there was always pain. My third and fourth birthing experiences were calm, I was not afraid, I was strong and confident but it still bloody hurt! Labour is not enjoyable! I liked the pushing part, holding my babies for the first time and that feeling “I did it!”. But this nonsense about labour being enjoyable or orgasmic…delusional. You just get through it! It’s easy to wax lyrical about how great your labour was when you’re not in active labour.
