This DEFINITELY has to be carried out by amateur-professionals with Caedrel and LS doing some pre-game coaching on execution of each of their team comps. 💥
I think each draft should be played out a few times to truly highlight the nuances

I think it's still very interesting to see what these two content creators think about top 100 champs. LS really loves his point and click comps. Bonus movement speed stacks additively so it's very abusive. That Udyr Strat falls off but he also drafted scaling with senna and Kayle.

I want this to be real so badly. This would actually be interesting watch in pro play, instead of meta rock paper scissors.
Proplay is sadly everyone just using Rock and rarely if ever trying paper.
Riot could adapt this, but I think there should only be first ban rotation on game 1 (to avoid the absurdly broken champs) because else the pool runs out too fast. Second ban rotation is fine, because you dont want your comp to be ruined by one pick
In a different time line, Caedrel coaches Vitality and LS stays at Cloud9. They meet at MSI and Worlds. The begining of the new El Classico between the 2 western regions that will last till the end of Professional League.

@fck peace players dont have to go through 5 drafts worth of picks and bans from previous drafts. A much larger portion of the champions are open for players, it takes LS a lot of time because of the sheer amount of champs that had already been banned or picked
@fck peace if the game auto eliminated of the hud the champs it'd be much easier because then it becomes visual

Great format. Something like the all-stars event implementing this instead of other handicaps would be good. It would allow the forgotten champs to get in the hands of pros again and be seen by the audience once more.

Imagine this was the way league was actually drafted. It would be amazing to see what teams came up. Hell every proplayer with a small champ pool would immediately lose his job or atleast fall down a Summit.
well they are paid tons for been the pro 0.01%. They gotta work for it. The top isn't for everybody.
@@mazorizk yh but like the 0.01% isnt expected to play like 15+champs at a professional level. You also have to think about the hours invested in a champ, i would expect a minimum of 100k mastery points per champ, and some champs may require more like asol, annivia, gangplank, azir etc. Especially if playstyles differ e.g. control mage (viktor), dps mage(ryze), burst mage, (vex) assasin (qiyana).
Besides by the time someone is a pro, they usually have a small champ pool with a exception of a few players like caps and faker. Someone can be a master of a single champ like baus and they are technically still valid.
@@whitevortex8323 faker and other top pros play 15+ champs at pro lvl, why would want one trick pros that fall off a cliff when the meta changes like summit.
@@whitevortex8323 pro players can legit first time a pick on stage and make it work they just dont wanna do it and look bad cause "job security", if a pick can counter the entire enemy team or make it unplayable for them how hard can it be to execute it given u are already part of the 0.0001% if anyone can first time a pick and make it work is the best of the best, if this kind of drafting or something similar was implemented u can bet that first timing a pick would be much more common and something to be praised rather them frown upon

I love the idea of champs being unique and not reusable in a series. Now for a Bo5 that would likely be too much, but in a bo3 this would be great to watch.
Honestly i think of there are enough playable Meta Champs in the Game, this would already make sense for bo3s
I 1000% want this to be how best of 3’s and best of 5’s are played from now on. If Riot makes this a thing I’ll watch pro play again.
We need drafting rules like this in the League Pro scene so bad. Maybe I could pay attention to it for more than a season and a half once every 3-4 years.

Love the draft content. Maybe it should be only picked champions that are taken out of future pools so that the drafts are still diverse and bans are powerful.
But bans become more powerful the less pics aviable as the less champs there are the less champs there are that do a specific job therefor banning that out has more impact then when the champ pools bigger
If the bans werent taken out of the pool it would be likely that many of the bans would be the same every game.
I was thinking too if at first it should be just one of the two and not both when pros adapt to it. But idk if it would then change much. Idk it is hard to speculate how it would be cuz things have been how they are for so long
that makes bans less powerful...
Or maybe take Picks and Bans from the winning team out of the pool - and the loosing champs stay in it - so you only lose 10 champs per game :)

This similiar format is actually already a thing in the AOV Pro Scene that was called Global Ban Pick/ All Round Ban Pick, personally i thing this format is so interesting if adapted into LOL as well because it can push a team to thing many different strategy, maybe it can adapted not in the regular league, but special tournament like rift rivals etc

Thinking about this idea, if they brought it into Pro leagues and implemented it it would make games so much more interesting and fun to watch because so many champions would get featured instead of the standard rotating handful un every position

Its so insane to me that you guys know what the other is thinking every time. I can assume some, but DAMN.
I think this is super interesting and fun! Though I do think only picks should be locked out. This means youd eventually have to play this minigame of picking the things youve banned eventually as counters fade away. Also it's just more realistic to not have bans be locked out because a lot of pro players are champion limited, I think it's unreasonable to ask a player to go possible 20+ champions deep to pick something.
ls said they will do this with na pros and invited tarzaned too

I actually kinda want pro play to actually be like this, but maybe with only one ban rotation. There are enough viable champions in the game now that you can pick 10 viable team comps without it feeling completely troll. It would definitely increase entertainment, and in my opinion, it would also reward creative and adaptable players.
This would unironically boost viewership of competitive league.
Though I only follow G2 as a casual viewer, this is really making it really interesting to watch....

What if this was in competitive. Once a champion has been picked or banned it can't be used for the entire series. Or a rule like, each team can only pick each champion once in the series(other team can still pick the champ next game but the team that picked the champ can't).
I would pay money to watch pros have to play 3 games of this, they'd shit their pants.

This has been suggested for months to Riot and they still haven't even a hint that they will be implementing into pro-play so Caedrel and LS are out here taking things into their own hands

Maybe they could draft challenger players/streamers into each different comp then let them play it out, of course coach them a bit on how those comps work/synergies and them and commentate while watching it.
