You should do a deadlift challenge see what strenght you gain after 2 weeks
have you done sets throughout the whole day or all in one routine? and why haven't u done different types of pull ups? do u think u would get different result?

Pullups and pushups are the best two excersizes to supserset to cut up and lose a bit of weight throw in some squats and u got ur whole body covered. Your abs are worked in all three excersizes so u won't have to do isolated core exercises

+trainingwithbill 16 but I have little problems with food. (Eating too much junk food)
Everyone likes junk food, you just have to make sure your burning off all the extra junk food your eating. As for getting bigger arms I'll post a video in the next week on what I dis when I was a teenager to grow my arms. I wish I knew this back then

Pretty sure the reason why you didn't see much results in your back is because your biceps will always fail before your back will. Therefore the limiting factor is the bicep in the exercise. I recommend weighted pullups for this reason. You will see wayyy better results.

pull ups. the alpha king exercise. want to be more alpha. strap some weight on.
You should let you lats recover for a week after you have been killing them for 2
for sure, if I let them rest for a bit I should get more reps out
