I've got one made by Oral-B that's quite effective.
Theres a new kid on the block - The Dangerfield Machina is the Bugatti of EPG's.
Have you checked out the Dangerfield MACHINA. Now that is a masterpiece looking very high quality electric pick gun. It makes the Kronos look like a $1 store pick.
Best thing is with those batteries for the Kronos is they're a standard size (18650) and you can buy them pretty much everywhere. This also means you get longer battery life as battery technology improves over time.
I recognize from the label that those are Keeppower batteries, those are protected button top cells, so are a bit longer than the 65mm of normal 18650 batteries, so will be a little bit harder to find, but still very easy.
Edit: I just realized something very scummy, they charge $18 each for these batteries on their website, and they have since deleted the Keeppower branding on them on the website while saying to use "Exclusively this battery for your Multipick Kronos" which is complete bullshit.
You can cleary see the Keeppower branding in this video but on their website today if you look at replacement batteries it's gone. A 2900mah Keeppower protected button-top battery exactly like the one they use can be had for $7 each from a regular battery store. They've purposefully deleted the branding so they can sell their overpriced batteries and so people don't realize they can get it for cheaper. Such a scam.
Nice review are you still going to do the start your own locksmith videos?
Great Video. I have to say, not only are all of your vid's well shot, they're informative on things I've wanted to know. I have always wondered about Pick guns. I'm pretty handy with a pick so it usually doesn't take me very long to pop a lock. I would really love if you made a video on how well it works against better locks. Cheap res locks aren't usually that hard to pick. I mean like Any SFIC? Medeco? stuff like that. In an institutional setting you're going to be dealing almost exclusively with SFIC's, mostly Best. Have you tried against those. It would be the only thing holding me back from buying one. Also, which one do you think is the best value. Ther Dino is loud but looked proficient. The Krono's sounded much more subdued, which would be great if you are pen testing and the Wendt is in-between. But the Wendt is like 600+, the Kronos 350-400, the dino is like 200+. I would probably fudge the extra $$ for the Krono's as it's better made and quieter but I don't think I would for the Wendt, that's just too much. So= 1- Does this work on SFIC/ 2- Best value pick in your opinion? Thanks.
Great video . i sub to you, thanks for sharing.
Will they pick Euro Profiles with spools or serrated pins?
Does the locksmith training is that just for the certification and courses or does the cost cover special tools as well I’m trying to start my own locksmith company
Do they pick your favorite Abloy Protec deadbolt?
Super
Where can I buy this tool? Thanks you .
Links for purchase?
hello ..plz share the link to buy a Kronos electric pick gun sir?
nice video..i like
Hi mr locksmith great video. That dino pick is a good tool, also the southord electric pick gun is also a great one too looks exactly like the kronos.
hm peso
where can i buy the covert gun?
Does the super duper "very expensive" one actually work better or what? I appreciate the fact that you like it a lot but perhaps going into the real world effectiveness of each pick would be more useful.
All 3 work well and can pick locks. The more expensive pick has more bells and whistles and is my “go to” when all else fails. After that is the rotary pick.
where is the link to be able to buy one
Buenas tardes podrian mandarme precios de las ganzuas helectricas para hembiarla a las Palmas de Gran Canarias.
I love my Dino's so much i've got two.
Is the pick put in so that it touches the pins making them jump up and down, or does the vibration simply translate through the body of the tumbler causing the pins to vibrate? Having seen a few homebrew pick guns on CZcams (like ones made from cheap electric toothbrushes), it looks like the latter. As with anything related to lock picking, technique matters, so knowing the principle makes learning faster
What do you think of the electric lockpick from southford?
TheoryFactor I haven’t tested one yet. I have a new 3rd Generation WENDT to try out soon :-)
How to buy this product
Are you one of the 1700 ,
Unsure if the Wendt is still available, do you have a source for it?
Hard to find a North American Supplier. You may be able to order from Wendt in Germany.
In the UK one of the big suppliers stopped selling the Wendt because of too many returns. I think battery issues. Wendt make great tools. I was about to buy one but was advised against it. Glad I didnt rush it's a lot of money. I hope wednt sort it out because they're known for quality
Hello mr.locksmath I won to get electric lockpick gun which one would you prefer for me
King High School wrestling All three are good. The WENDT is great but expensive. Either the Dino or the Kronos are both very good. The Kronos is better quality.
However, learn to pick locks first.
Thanks
The multipick mhp 2 plus is missing...
Price and transportation sir
Como comprar ?? Moro no Brazil
Verry expensive...how much?
Mr.locksmith Does anyone one over these works on euro cylinder of yes can u send me the video.
I'm really shocked at how quickly all the locks opened. If these are typical locks used on front doors then no one is safe from break-ins!
Been that way forever we just pretend we are safe luckily majority of people don't break in to homes
how about a deadbolt for the night?
How much do people pay to get their doors unlocked
@@BornOfAsh Probably way too much considering how easy it's made out to be using a pick gun. Time is money... take ages by drilling the lock and charge more!
Why don't you show it on a 5 or 6 pin lock with all the pins?
VersaiOnline More videos coming. Always start with the training locks and then practice on 5 and 6 pins locks.
I know you firmly believe that of all people... you would be the least to have to do a sample video, but by golly, it would of been wise here. Call it what you will, but it's either poor lighting, the angle of the lock face dangle, the reflection off your forehead or the shine of the brass; or lack thereof, regardless, I couldn't see your detailed forward and backward movements very well; thereby, leaving the detail clarity a bit deceiving. Outside of that, be sure to bring your mittens with you as you'll be going out tonight, she'll be a cold one. Thanks.
hw much
4 months ago i buyed this machine ,it's worked only 10 days,it doesn't turned off,and this company not have any warranty.
Which machine did you buy.

They don't sell to Latino's because they steal so much. Sorry, this is only for white people.

Do Germans make good stuff?
The BEST
yes, apart from war strategy but let's not get into that here.
This stuff is need to be bannef
You know they're cool and all but honestly I think it's best just to make one out of a electric toothbrush they work just as good and it only cost $20
This is how old I am:

Zul white ...Two year’s old?.. wow
You keep metioning that the pick blade needs to go in straight. Either your not a real locksmith or just totaly useless in explaining the use of the pickgun. You should know that alot of the time depending on the type of pins in the lock that you need to use the pick on an angle not to mention the fact that you need to think about the warding on the keyway which will determin the angle for picking due to clearance restrictions.
ed head Re-read the basics of bumping a lock.
@@24hrMrLocksmith It's not about bumping a lock it's about picikng it. I'm a locksmith with over 20 years in the trade and your response just shows your ignorance on the subject
ed head You have one 5 year old video on your Channel. Why don’t you make a video?
@@24hrMrLocksmith Did I hear you say the pick gun (on your first electric lock pick video)would open Kwikset smart key?
