you can decode the master keyed locks and make a master key for the system. and possibly get into other doors. you need to use high security locks like assa abloy or medico locks.make it harder for making keys . have a nice day.

your video was great. but master keyed system is not safe because you can decode your lock and make a master key from it and get in to other locks. they need to use high security locks for master keying. so it,s hard to get keys for them. assa abloy is a good one not Schlage or Kwikset or any pin tumbler lock.....

I’m 68 yrs old. Live in small community in lake county. Retired from government job. I did mostly carpentry till my knees gave out. They sent me to the lock shop for my last 6 yrs, unfortunately the person with the most experience retired before I got there. The guy that wasn’t knowledgeable at all. I learned how to do things on my own, we use the best lock system and I got very good at it. I now live in lake country, and do the odd job here. Learning curve for residential locks has been interesting at the least. Wish I would have had the opportunity to learn more.

How can i know whats one FOR any lock?

The 9v backup option only works if you have 4 "dead" batteries installed AND the battery cover installed... Because in real world situation, your door would be closed and locked with the lock installed properly and then the batteries are depleted for whatever reason, you can use the 9v to boost the installed AA and then unlock the deadbolt.

Does the super duper "very expensive" one actually work better or what? I appreciate the fact that you like it a lot but perhaps going into the real world effectiveness of each pick would be more useful.

If I was somebody thinking about installing one of these digital Bluetooth locks?I would think very very hard about this, The powers that be will have control over all cameras and all doors.And locks that are wifi defy connected, They want you to install these so they can see and here and control everything

Got locked out of my safe. Keypad just stopped working. I was going to buy one of these magnets until I realized they are $275 on this guys website and he doesn't allow returns. I was able to open my safe by lightly tapping it with a mallet and juggling the handle. Took me about 20 seconds. No $300 magnet required.
