I think Bassam is correct that Israel has made many mistakes and their current government won’t solve the problem. The US in partnership with the Arab States should absolutely step and help put an end to this and figure out a long term solution. My issue is he completely absolves the Palestinians and the other Arab states from their role in architecting the current situation. Let’s just forget about the various wars and sneak attacks that sowed the seeds of distrust, the terror attacks on Israelis in their country or abroad (Olympic slayings), and the various edicts groups like Hamas have made about the elimination of their state and people. Let’s not be intellectually dishonest. Fault is a two way street here

@@mohammedkhresat3798Your right only if you're total ignorant of history.
The 1300 year old Muslim origins of hate
Islam's hate does not stop with Jews, but Jew-hatred is one of its malignancies.
      Victor Sharpe
The origins of this evil anti-Jewish discrimination took clear shape in Islam as long ago as between the years 717 and 720, when Caliph Omar ordered that all non-Muslims who fell under the yoke of Islam - the dhimmis - should wear distinctive dress and be boycotted and sanctioned in every way. This led to hapless Jews - and Christians - by the twelfth century forced to wear yellow patches on their clothes...
Life for Jews under Islamic rule was a veritable vale of tears, as it was under much of Christendom. The odious forced incarceration of Jews in European ghettos was in fact an invention of the Muslim world.
The ghetto, or mellah in Arabic, was first created in a particular quarter of Cairo, Egypt, during the eleventh century, followed by the first walled-in mellah in Fez, Morocco.
After Mohammed destroyed the Jewish tribes of the Hedjaz (present day Saudi-Arabia) in 624-628, relentless and horrific persecution of Jews by Muslims broke out in every subsequent century.
This persecution took many lives and left the Jewish survivors facing boycotts and sanctions: fast forward to the present day Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) hatred. See! There is nothing new under the sun when it comes to hatred of the Jews.
Here then we have the 8th century Muslim origin of the current manifestation of anti-Jewish bigotry and discrimination we know today as BDS.

It’s clear this war is lost, but they are still holding out, at the cost of Palestinian lives. I understand it’s a resistance movement and they will resist until they can’t anymore, but there has to be a moment where they see that they are hurting their own people by continuing to “fight”. They took a risk with their aggressive strategy, and it failed. This particular attempt at resistance is at its end, it’s time to regroup and approach palestinian goals from another angle. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct 'Palestinian people' to oppose Zionism. Yes, the existence of a separate Palestinian identity exists only for tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan."

A story from the book of 1 Kings, where a prophet by the name of Elijah when he beheld 400 false prophets of the false object of worship called Baal said to them if you think you're God to be the answer then assemble yourselves and call me fire down from heaven; Elijah said to them likewise shall I do the same as the story goes the 400 false prophets of the false being made themselves a bunch of ruckus calling out to the lie they believed.
Elijah surely used scripture from the word of God the Old Testament or Old Covenant or Agreement and fire did fall from heaven.
The more you get right about God the more he shows up.
God is a spirit those that worship him must do so in spirit and in truth. John 4:24
Don't just have faith, have faith in God, and his word. There is surely a type of extreme unpleasantness already in the Earth, have you seen it, are you delivered from it?
Job 38:17 "Have the gates of death been opened unto thee? or hast thou seen the doors of the shadow of death?"
Job 38:33 "33 Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?"
As a child, I would have dreams in be in many nightmares where underground tentacle monsters could sense my slightest movement and impel me,
wars, dreams of persecution, the grim Reaper, things would get wild. I remember calling on the Old Testament name of God Jehovah, and I remember things
did not end well for me when I was being assaulted by a witch. However, ever since I was a child the name of Jesus has never failed me, when I began to call on his name
Even recently, a spider demon with a human face around the size a 42" TV was crawling on my wall when I awoke from my sleep.
I spoke the name of Jesus quite a few times and I attained Mercy unto myself, for that because Jesus has the authority for this reason.
John 3:35 " He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him."
1 John 2:23 "Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also."
I believe that God cares for his creation and doesn't want to lose them, because I believed in Jesus and had the humility to honor his name many times throughout my life.
I attained mercy through the New Covenant, agreement, or Testament. Only parts of the old still apply. The old prepared place for the New.
I believe Love is many things, and is doing many things read 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (KJV) and study the language of the time (Middle English), saying an agreement to do some things all the time, and some things so long as it is not provoked which is not easily accomplished. Look at the Greek interlinear and see what to it says. Love is kind while not provoked and is out to to preserve and protect you not always for your short-term satiation but your long-term health, wealth, and viability.
John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
John 1:14 "And the Word:λόγος(in ancient Greek) message, expression of God's ideas), was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."
For if I read James 1:5 (KJV), do not leave out James 1:6,7, and 8 (KJV),
and while we at it live by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
If there are 18000+ religions in the world I know to whom I say go to save me trouble, the name and the ideas that I will confess as Lord to be serving of and to call my friend.
Proverbs 4:19 “The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.”
A concept of the word is the idea that is behind it or what should pop into your head by what the author is meaning. If you do not have the idea of the word correct you have a misconception and it changes the whole story.
Read the KJV, pray for wisdom, pray without ceasing: don't go a day without it.
Genesis 18:14 "14 Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son."
El Shaddai, is one of God's names: meaning, the Almighty. The deductions you can make with your eyes are not as important to me as the decisions you can make with your heart.
I believe God set the stage before we got to the play. God putting bones in the ground isn't him being deceptive, he wants to know if we will be presumptuous.
There is a song by elevation worship called I trust in God.😅

Accepting Israel is accepting the loss of your national identity, cultural heritage and to practically leave your grandparents and great grandparents land behind. Its a skill to be able to relate here, but if you try to consider how incentivized you'd feel if your home country was colonialized by a foreign and power hungry population. If you can't relate to why minorities resists against tyranni, please don't preach peace. Click bait title. The guy basically just used flowery language to defend Hamas. Other than that he had a whole lot of nothing to say.

It’s always so funny to hear a non Jewish Arab talk about the experience of Jewish people living in the Middle East prior to 1948. Muslims and Jews got along… I mean Jews weren’t treated like full citizens but that’s normal. Bassam has a very calming demeanour that makes you forget that what he’s saying is not logically consistent at all.

This is what happens when you mismanage your civilization and lose a war. If Palestine was better managed, they wouldn't have lost the war against the British in WW1 and their land would not have been given away. But they lost the war and so they lose their land - simple concept that has been followed all throughout history.

He has never defended Hamas! Never in any of his interviews! But there are hundreds of goons who go on live TV every day to defend the terrorist colony of isreal! Free Palestine! Free the Jews from the terrorism that is called Zionism!

This notion that the Israeli public, as a majority, does not view Palestinians as inhuman, is just false. People can pretend it’s just “this radical government” that has literally called Palestinians animals. It’s also the Israeli public, a majority of them does not even believe there is such thing as a Palestinian. It’s uncomfortable, it’s awful and people are so willing to shield this unfortunate fact, the Israeli public, is extremely racist, collectively, towards Palestinians. Only 1% said netenyahu had gone too far and the vast majority said either, he had it about right or has not gone far enough.
HOW WOULD YOU GO FURTHER? !?! GAZA IS GONE! ITS GONE!
