I hold so much respect for Lex for facilitating these discussions. These are intensely divisive issues, and i really applaud him for having people on who hold very different views. This is how we solve issues. Thorough talking to each other.

In Israel about twenty percent of the population are Israeli Arabs. From my recent personal experience, you call an ambulance, an Arab paramedics come. You call a doctor, an Arab doctor comes to your home. In fact, if you go to a hospital, looks like half of the staff on all levels are Arabs… I am not trying to say that everyone and everything is perfect, but in general people have good respectful relationship with each other.

I don’t understand why people spend so much time looking scientific explanations for a belief. Belief comes from the heart, it’s not something you can turn on and off. If we should look for answer in the past you can rewind the clock even further when land did belong to israelis. If you know for another example in balkans. where ottomans ruled for 4 centuries and balkan countries finally reclaimed their land in 19th century. You could also debate who is the rightful owner of the land. Palestine was never actual country but the region where diffrent tribes lived for thousands of years. In the end what ever the past is lands are won by treaties and wars. You cannot expect country that exists today disappear because someone think history is unjust.

During a discussion of the October 7th attacks, Bassem Youssef only mentioned Hamas once or twice near the end, criticizing those who inquire about his stance on the group.
This clearly exhibits his one-sided perspective (Lex didn't mention Hamas even once which is quite telling).
When questioned about the attacks, his sole focus was on the potential consequences that could somehow affect him. His response to how he would retaliate was both cunning and spiteful, explicitly saying that Israelis do not value Palestinian lives. Lex attempted to correct him, but he defended his belief that most Israelis are of this mindset. He paints all Palestinians as peaceful individuals wishing to coexist harmoniously with Jews. However, he falsely portrays the entirety of Israeli Jews ( I don't believe he thinks the same of Israeli Muslims, Christians, Druzes, and others ) as unwavering monsters who randomly annihilate Palestinians for their amusement. He is a hypocrite disseminating numerous falsehoods, and there is a significant need for someone more knowledgeable than Lex to rebut his deceitful claims and expose his manipulative tactics.
By the way, he is quite deceitful:
1. He proclaimed that his Hollywood career was at risk, but he only embarked on this path after witnessing the escalating anti-Israel sentiment and the global surge of Muslims rallying against Israel and Jews. He was fully aware of his actions and how he could capitalize on them; indeed, he is a grifter.
2. There is his sly depiction of the United States as being devoid of free speech, subtly comparing it to Egypt. One can express whatever one likes but should not anticipate a lack of consequences. He understands this quite well. It's akin to someone using a racial slur and presuming they won't face any consequences. People are free to express their views, but society is equally free to decide whether or not to associate with them. This too, is a form of freedom.
3. His assertion of 40 beheaded babies is a clear fabrication. No Israeli officials have ever made such a claim. This is simply a manipulative tactic employed by one of Piers Morgan's guests, who distorted the original statement that 40 babies were killed, some of them beheaded.
