Hi, can a banana curve be used to claim a project has float, even if the general feeling is that schedule is getting very tight? Thanks!
Well done
Thank you, Adegboyega.
Very useful 👍👍
Thank you, Pouya. We are glad to hear it was useful.
At 5:12 forecasting has been done where actual s curve was projected upto 100% level. what is the standard logic/ algorithm/ method used generally for such projection.
Mohit, that curve is the "Forecast" curve. No algorithm is used for that curve. It is based on the distribution of the remaining budget over time. The best way to draw that curve is to align it with your schedule and distribute the resources over time. Out of this distribution, then you can calculate the percentage and draw another curve, as it is shown in this video.
very good presentation madam.
Thank you, Affan.
Thank you very much! Where can I watch the next episode, "How S-Curves are developed"?

@@MidoBroski , no we have not yet had a chance to develop the video. Thanks for the follow-up.
what's the difference between planned and forecast in project management.
What is the index that we can get from the analysis of the gap between Early & Late S-Curve ?
What is the acceptable/ preferred value of this gap ( as a % of project contractual price) ?...
Thanks a lot for your efforts 🤗
Still waiting...
Your base S-curve should be somewhere between the early and late S-curves. We don't think that there is an index as such for gap analysis between the early and late s-curves.
Clear , however ,how relevant is the influence curve on s-curves?
Stephen, could you please provide more information on the "influence curve", so we can better assist you?
Excellent, but how to develop s curve with example plz
We have not yet developed that video. If you have subscribed to the channel, you will get a notification when it is available.
