One of the best sorry its the best video for project managers to handle project in reality. Madam kindly make a presentation of different templates to be used in project management with reference to above video in a sequential order. It would be handy for all up coming managers to have a first hand information to develop PCP.

what is the difference between Project control plan and Project management plan
