    One of the best sorry its the best video for project managers to handle project in reality. Madam kindly make a presentation of different templates to be used in project management with reference to above video in a sequential order. It would be handy for all up coming managers to have a first hand information to develop PCP.

    what is the difference between Project control plan and Project management plan

    • @Projectcontrolacademy
      @Projectcontrolacademy  Před 5 měsíci +1

      The Project Management Plan is a comprehensive document that defines how a project will be executed, monitored, and controlled, integrating all subsidiary plans and baselines from various project management knowledge areas. In contrast, the Project Control Plan focuses specifically on the monitoring and controlling aspects, detailing the processes for measuring project performance, managing changes, and implementing corrective actions to align with project objectives. While the Project Management Plan provides a broad roadmap for project execution, encompassing scope, schedule, cost, and other management areas, the Project Control Plan zeroes in on ensuring the project stays on track through detailed control measures and performance metrics. Essentially, the former outlines the overall approach to managing the project, whereas the latter delves into the specifics of performance monitoring and control to guarantee project success.
