I find Drusians and Exploratirs give the biggest amount of the most useful stuff (+ Imperial Navy for ship combat), but Voiders and Kassbal-somethings have some very OP very unique Psyker stuff that you won't get anywhere else (like an item that gives you a number of free attacks at the begining of combat based on your psy rating, which can absolutely end most combat encounters with a well built Psyker)
